As I recall there are two contradicting Dinobot origins, none of which for the life of me I can remember. But I'm kind of sweet on the current version where they were theme park animatronics touched by the allsPark.

Regarding Arcee...

That would pretty much explain everything. Maybe they don't see themselves as having genders, they're just varied in their personalities, voices and appearances to the point where a human might classify them as being male or female. Jazz talked like an urban stereotype but nobody raised an eyebrow at the idea of him being a "black" robot.

I like this idea, it would work in perfectly.

I would like to see Prowl in the sequel.

I would also like Astrotrain.

I have a good guess but bad English does not explain why he called Wheeljack and Hound Decepticons so I cant be sure that any language issues are the only reason for the confusion.

I thought he might be adding some things from an other serries that I'm not familiar with.

That was my guess too but like I said his other mix up and how he described the Insepcticons not being able to transform because they're attached to Deceptcons bodys left me scratching me head

Thunderstruck is something i made up. Bassicly, He is able with eletricity and massive impacts, and he's a perfetc Killer because he can ''shut down'' Autobots.

The Insecticons are how i would picture them, because Skorponok was attached in Blackout and didn't assume any ''humam'' form.

But the consept of Prowl did not become Barricade.

Barricade was the name of a G1 Decepticon Micro-master.

The name Barricade was also used in the "Transformers Energon" line as a military missle lancher.

The Insecticons are how i would picture them, because Skorponok was attached in Blackout and didn't assume any ''humam'' form.

Skorponok's toy did have a robot [humanoid looking] mode but it was never shown in the film.

This would IMO make a nice Gears.

In stores they have some of the toys I guess they'll use them for Transformers 2. Arcee is a purple motorcycle, Cliffjumper is a red Camaro, Thundercracker is a black jet.

For the movie I'd like to see..

Soundwave and his little minions are my big hope. Beyond that, we'll just have to wait and see.

Let's put this out there folks. Post which Autobots and which Decepticons you'd like to see brought in in the next film. And please post pics of their alt modes. Keep in mind also, that most likely GM will be providing the vehicles next time around as well.

Just a reminder. Let's see what vehicles these new characters would transform into.
