Don't worry, since it will hit most Imax theatres tomorrow I'm sure someone will record the prologue and leak it online. It will probably be in real ****ty quality but at least you'll be able to see it before July '08.

 

I don't have an IMAX theater near me either. It's a bummer that I'm not going to get to see the prologue, but I'm excited about the trailer and will just wait on the prologue until the movie comes out.

 

Damn, in L.A. there are 4 IMAX theaters within 20 miles of me.

 

Yeah in England i'm kinda stuck, it's either a two hour trip to London or twiddle my thumbs. Hopefully the Bradford one will have it, but its still a journey to get there...

 

I cant go to one, well I could, but I'm not driving 4 hours to my nearest IMAX just to see something I'll probably watch online at home later.

The nearest IMAX is in Norfolk VA, and that's 3 hours away. Plus, they might not even show it. I'm horrible with directions so I tried to barrow people's cars but nobody would allow it. It sucks...

 

i can't for 3 reasons

1. I am legend is released here in jan
2. my closest imax does not show hollywood films
and thirdly the one that does is miles and miles away

so i feel your pain

I'm not driving 3+ hours to Sydney to sit through a movie I don't want to see.

 

I live in Tijuana, the only IMAX we have is just to show IMAX movies, you know dinosaurs and "educational" stuff. :C

Well, you are not the only one, that's for sure. Here, in my country (Bulgaria) we have an IMAX, but it seems that it's not evolved enough to show real movies, not some pointless crap. So, I'm not seeing it either and all I can do is wait for it to leak online. At least you have a choise, even if it is an unpleasant one - either wait or drive an hour and a half to West Palm Beach and back. I, on the other hand, must fly to another country if I want to see it on IMAX

 

I'm willing to drive 5 hours. I just don't have navigation, and I SUCK with directions.

 

i´m in venezuela, it´s really frustrating`, not even a single Imax theater in the whole country

 

I will be going tomorrow. I will eat extra popcorn for you all, and use your tears to salt them!

Sign...singapore has the first Imax theater in asia...and they don't screen movies anymore...mainly due to people complaining about feature films that is converted to Imax..and losing quality and etc.
