Sequels Who else is psyched that Kirsten Dunst is reprising her role?

Oh. So no one really. That is too bad. I think she is a really good actress. I just think that if a recast were to happen this late in the series, it would be equal to whenever they recast a mom on a sitcom. When that happens, it is usually the shows "Jump the Shark" moment. And that isn't good for anyone really. It worked in TDK because it was still a fresh series, where as Spider-Man has been around for three films already, and a recast in the fourth would have just been too noticeable.

I dont like recasts either, I was kinda hoping they just wouldnt show MJ at all, like she was in paris "modeling" haha.

But i'm ok with this news, i just hope she doesnt get kidnapped AGAIN and actually has an important role other than source of Peters problems!

And yeah, she's not some mega hot supermodel in the movies like she is in the comics, but maybe that is to show that Peter's love for her isn't all about looks. Not every woman in a movie has to have giant jugs and an ass the size of the moon.

She looked quite awful in SM2, which is a shame because that's the best movie in the franchise. But I think she looked really good in SM3, her hair was nice.

Anyway, at least all the main players seem to be coming back for more

I'm glad that she's back. She essential to Peter's world and makes a great addition to the film. Only thing I would prefer is that she does not get kidnapped by any villains...let Gwen get kidnapped.

It became her fault when she continuly stated how bored she was growing with the series.
