I dont see why its hard to believe Cap weilding swords, he is one of the, if not the best all around fighter in the MU.

By it's very nature a sword is an offensive weapon designed to kill, or at the least inflict severe damage on a foe. Cap generally fights to disable his opponents, rather than to maim or kill, thats why his shield, though it can be used as a weapon, is mainly for defensive purposes.

Of course, with Caps skill he could still throw a Katana around without killing anyone but as such a weapon just doesn't fit the man it's not an identity I can see him logically adopting (I voted for him I know, but that's only because he does seem the most likely atm even if it doesn't make much sense to me...just as Echo being Ronin the first time round made none to me either)

Going by the comments regarding how this character has changed costumes to reflect his state of mind in the past I would go with Captain America (Has twice given up the C/A identity before when he got p#ssed off with the government) but I'm finding it hard to see him as a sword slinging nun-chucking samurai type somehow....

Could possibly be Hawkeye, but why would he feel the need to hide in a new identity?

'Cause he's ashamed of the Scarlet sex.:o

I'm gonna go with Hawkeye. Yeah sure BMB can't screw this up.

Not like this?!!

Anybody read how Bendis plotted for Clint to say that, right when he was bangin' Wanda, but decided not to? :o

Dude Look at Wolverine he fights all the time and doesn't kill people, unless he wants to, I'm sure Cap could do the same. Iron Fist and Luke Cage's fists are as deadly as swords, what do you think would happen if you got hit in the face by a sledge hammer? Thats pretty much what Cage and Fist are capable of.
