no he hates that (thang) thing . I'm sure it stopped him from eating solid food which I'm sure alot of people won't want to ever see that mask like him ever again if they were in the same situation . I'm sure he won't eat liquid food for years to come ether. solids for life.

I'm so friggin excited by this. Absolutely made up. [BLACKOUT]Although I must admit that I was expecting Jay to be wearing the very same Flash outfit that Hunter had been wearing all this time - after all, he imprisoned him and stole his super-powered identity - wouldn't he have stolen his suit? [/BLACKOUT]Not that I'm actually complaining as I'm just psyched that it happened.

 

Interesting that this Jay is from Earth 3, home of the Crime Syndicate and Johnny Quick.

I think that they swapped Earth-2 and Earth-3.

 

Jay was never active on Earth 2 at all, correct? So why did Zoom adopt Jay's persona on Earth 2? Just to play hero for a while?

 

Yh. He said it was boring to be only a villain.

 

I think they are pulling the 'Main Earth is always the central Earth' card. So obviously the Arrowverse isn't the Earth 1 we know but I presume it exists out there. Similarly Jay Garrick isn't from the Earth 2 of the comics, he's from an Earth 2-alike Earth.

 

Hey buddy, just to point out the earth naming system is according to this earth that The Flash is in. So another universe could consider theirs to be earth 1. Heck even Jay Garricks earth could be considered as earth 1. It doesn't really matter....

 

I thought having Henry disappear for a while was stupid and then come back to be dead. That did not give any impact at all. Why would he go fishing other than the actors issues with shooting. They could've gave him more of a father son bonding time until he got killed, that would've added more of an effect.

 

He said to instill hope in the people and they to take it away from them. Pretty much a satanic and psychotic motive. I love they went with that.

 

Disappointed they didn't go with the original costume though. I mean the giant emblem and his suit for some reason reminded me of the power rangers.
I also disliked how the helmet was not part of his own costume. I thought it would've been nice to say that Helmet was stolen from him by Zoom. So the flashback being his father being war hero turned abusive husband to be a lie. He could've just been an impoverished and uneducated abusive father...

My wife hated that they killed Barry's dad last week. She was so mad she said she was in no hurry to watch last night's episode, so when we had to go out and wound up missing it she wasn't upset about it. I knew we could watch it ON DEMAND starting today, so I wasn't worried. Then early this morning some dweeb posted one of the Shipp as Flash gifs up above in a non Flash thread...it was reported for posting untagged spoilers....so I removed it and infracted the guy....but I was spoiled to the neat twist. In any case, I was able to talk my wife into watching it after she got off of work today....she is now very happy.

Honestly, I really feel bad about it. When I had posted it, I didn't think at first that there would be posters checking that thread that haven't already seen it. For what it's worth, it wasn't my intent to spoil it like that. I just wasn't thinking at the time. I'll definitely be sure to not do that again.

So freaking glad I was wrong on who the man in the iron mask was....I thought with all the Iris being with Barry, but mourning Eddie drama that was slowly creeping in that it was for sure E1 Eddie. No matter how convoluted they would have to explain his being alive. Just seemed they were setting up typical CW drama. PHEW

Really hope we see more next season of who was actually behind the mask. Would be awesome if he showed up in Legends S2 as well.
