Who should be in the FF2 game?

Okay, well all know that Superhero movies have video games with them.. my question is who should the villians in the game be?

well, since it's Surfer and (hopefully) Galactus related, how about a few more Heralds, such as Terrax and/or Firelord?

Or maybe a few other "space-types", such as Super Skrull or Ronan?
