Age of Extinction Who should be the leader of the Decepticons in TF2?

Its probably a given that Megatron will will back in the sequel, but he'll probably be out of commission for much of the film. So who do you want to see as the new leader of the Decepticons in TF2. I would choose Shockwave. From a story perspective, I think that it makes sense for him to believe that it is only logical, due to Starscream's failure in obtaining the Allspark, for him to lead the Decepticons.

I'm thinking Starscream will wind up inadvertently drawing Unicron to Earth, and either he'll be the next primary antagonist, or he'll find the remains of Megatron and turn him into Galvatron, and HE'LL be the next primary antagonist. One or the other.

Megatron, you could do something like ohh North Korea sent a sub to fetch the remains of transformers since they didn't know what was going on and then add some crazy dialogue that says oh it reactivated by the fact its a nuclear sub. Something stupid and bam you got the deceptions back. Or have Soundwave be in charge of the new decepticons until megatron comes back. Its easy

Agreed. We only got a mere taste of Megs in the last 20 minutes of the movie, and ppl want to get rid of him already..?

And everyone saying that Megs will be absent from most of film 2, and that another Decepticon will lead is a complete rehash of film 1. Megs needs to be resurrected within the first 10 minutes of movie 2 imo.

I like the idea of maybe China or Russia tampering with the remains, in order to do some reverse engineering of their own, and mistakenly waking him up.

I'd like to see Shockwave come to earth with the intention of reviving Megatron, and in Megatrons absence he could be the leader with Starscream griping about it.

Have Soundwave lead the decepticons and then starscream and shockwave try and throw a coup, so basically a civil war between the decepticons. The autobots are trying to stop both Soundwave from reviving megatron, then megatron is revived and finish your plot.
