If it was to be the OMAC's, who would be their creator? Lex again, or Silvana, or someone else?

I would assume Luthor, as it ties to the BvS story more organically.

I can't really be bothered to do that much research for you, just wiki the character if you are interested.

I know about the character. I know his history. That doesn't mean they have to do it completely like the comic to use the character.

I'm not sure i want another business man type villain like Maxwell. Lex is already probably involved, no need to pull in maxwell lord. Plus hes already on Supergirl, usually that means they wont use that character.
