Who should direct?

Would Lord and Miller actually want to work under the larger Disney umbrella again after getting the boot from Solo?

 

I mean there's Taika he can work under the Disney umbrella still especially since he scored them a hit with Ragnarok and there is also JJ Abrams too

 

Abrams is never happening for this project. But that said, I am also glad he will never happen. Abrams is so massively overrated.

 

I'm still on board with Adam McKay. He can bring that funny charm to the movie. He was also a writer for Ant-Man.

 

Julius Avery if Flash Gordon falls apart, which it likely will
