Why can't we just get her fired?!

There is a co-worker of mine that pretty much everyone despises. She causes drama when she is and isn't working. See, the thing about our workplace is, we hang out there. So not only is it work, it's our hangout when we are not working.

She has this odd thing where she will work pretty hard sometimes, but other times she disappears to goof off with friends when she is supposed to be working, leaving me and who else is working, a person short. She's very unorganized and has an attitude with the costumers.

Basically, she's a good worker only half of the time.... but it annoys me that she and I get paid equally when she's goofing off and I'm working....

She has caused drama with my friends, nearly ruining relationships, causing a few girls to cry.... she lies and cheats, and I know that a few people stopped coming because of her, we're losing business.

But then at other times, she works, pretty hard, pretty good... she knows how to get a few things done when she is working. Not to mention, she has been somewhat friendly to me.... which has caused me not to complain to the managers, but there has been so much that she has done that makes me just want to report her in... I'm torn.

Half of me wants to report her ass in, and the other half wants karma to take care of the problem.

Exactly. Worry about yourself and your own work. People like this usually sort themselves out sooner or later and either straighten up, get fired or leave of their own volition.

I agree, which is why I'll let karma take care of her.

This happens a ****ing lot at my job. Ironically the ****ers that don't work and pull their weight talk bad about the ones who do pull their weight. Go figure.

I can't stand people like that. For both counts, my father raised me with a hard work ethic. I've been dealing with this at almost every job I've ever had, were you bust your ass and some slacker goofs off and never gets in trouble. The other thing is the drama side as well. They start **** with literally everyone. When I say this I mean this, Slap her. I mean ***** slap her!
