I am just wondering if anyone knows why Starman called Superman Kal-L instead of Kal-El?
Maybe they're the Legion of Earth-2 after all.
Ew, God, I hope not. Earth-2 Superman needs to just stay in the damn ground. Earth-2 Batman and Wonder Woman have been decent enough to do so. Kal-L should take a hint and follow suit.It probably has something to do with this:
[picture that makes me sad]

And, besides, that may just be how he thinks it's spelled. They sound the same, anyway.
It would make a lot of The Lightning Saga make more sense, but then why does New Earth's Superman remember them from childhood? That would make perfect sense.
That's what I figured. If you consider the changes Kal-L went through in Infinite Crisis (losing and then regaining his faith in Earth's heroes), his personality in Kingdom Come would make sense. Maybe the KC Superman dies or something and Kal-L winds up on the KC Earth to take his place for the main events of Kingdom Come.Is the Superman of Kingdom Come Kal-El or Kal-L? If he was Kal-L, that would explain it, since Starman was supposed to have spent time in that world.

God, I hope not. Making the KC Superman the Pre-Crisis Earth-2 one? Made of suck. That's what I figured.
