Why did the serum not give Bruce Emil's powers?

Um..yes I did. And you sure are making a LOT of suppositions and interpretations based on little to no evidence to get to those conclusions...and that's my point.
So make up your mind. Was the flashing light in the eye gamma exposure, or was it as you said..a machine to build resistance? I took it that the chair created the exposure.

also....Is there a reason you are attacking me? Settle down junior.

And here is another one for ya. Why then is his transformation linked to his anger (or in this movie, when his heart rate simply elevates)?...Again, something that could have been solved if it were allowed to be considered a sequel.

transformations are linked to anger/heart rate, ecitement, ADRENALINE. hulk is all about the adrenal glands, lol. same place his increased strength comes from

simple answer: different recipe

Bruce got the early experimental 'treatment', Blonsky got the later more 'advanced treatment'. Then Blonsky combined the later more advanced treatment, with the earlier experimental treatment, and he ends up as abomination.

Seriously, how many times are people (including myself) going to have to post the same answer?

Bruce and Blonksy had different forumulas.

Bruce cooked up his "serum" for radiation resistence. He used Bettys primer in addition(this is why he isnt dead)

Blonksy had a super soldier formula injected into his system(including his bones.). Bruce already altered blood(who knows how much it changed since the original forumula) reacted to the SSF. Thus creating the abomination. Sterns told Blonksy that the reaction would probably not be the same.

Less emotion, and more like the body itself. Banner transformed when his body underwent a physical condition(high heart rate, etc) which matches with anger.

Blonsky wasnt normal before the transformation.
