Why do we have to be related?!

I don't know.

I'm still trying to figure out how this happens to everyone at one point or another?

If I'm Amish...how am I on the Hype? :)

And actually adolescent Amish are allowed a time to experience what the English (Non-Amish) do for a period of time, sort of a sowing of wild oats if you will, before they have to commit to the Amish lifestyle.

So in theory yes.

Acknowledging someone is attractive doesn't necessarily mean you would have sex with them given the opportunity.

Rumspringa, they are allowed to leave the family for months or years and do pretty much whatever the hell they want too. Seen my share of amish parties :hyper:

I just find it hard to believe that you've never given it the thought...
I guess I'm just not as lucky as some as you. Maybe one day, I can be attracted to someone in my family. But til that day, I'm going to have to settle for "non-relatives". :csad:

Ok, this has happened to most at some point or another. You meet an attractive person at a party, wedding, funeral, etc...only to find out that you're related.

Doesn't it suck?

*shudder*

Were all related, your girlfriend is your distant cousin and were all a huge family..but we dont really like that.As for myself,i have no cousins..unless i look to the world in general.

Ok, technically we all came from the same place...whether it's Adam/Eve, evolution, whatever...but I don't like to think in those terms. That's just icky.

So when is someone not a relative then? I mean, I've seen people say "Naw man, she's my dad's third cousin's niece's sister!"

Some feel like that,as for your situation.Just say you dont want to,i doubt you would have to give a reason.
