Harold and Kumar Go To OtisBurg?

They need an Otisburg type of saying in this movie.

I don't want to remember Otis or his "Burg"?

"You'll never catch that missile, it's probably halfway to Otisburg by now!"

^Priceless

Question though...what is that Supes shot from? I don't remember ever seeing him try to "catch" the missile and miss it?

So confused....

Well, I mean, obviously it's STM (?), I just don't recall it at all

Deleted Scene.

Isn't that from Superman The Movie? The missles had an advanced avoidance system on them, so when Superman was waiting to catch it, it just avoided him.

Superman I: 10 dollars on vhs
Superman II: 8 dollars used on DVD
Seeing Otisburg!: PRICELESS

It is a deleted scene from STM. You are correct. I don't know about avoidance systems.

How bizarre.

I've totally watched the Special Edition countless times, but I never noticed that shot. Awesome, maybe there's more stuff I've missed.

Thanks

Everytime I watch it I notice something new!

Huh. I thought I saw that scene when I saw STM on cable one time. The whole "avoidance system" thing is definitely in the regular version of STM. It's really quick...in one of the scenes in the missile launch control room. One of the generals says something about the advanced avoidance system.

I thought I had purchased the special edition DVDs....but when I watched the movies, they didn't have any of the extra footage woven into them. Does the SE have the scenes where Luthor tests Supe's abilities right before he comes into Luthor's lair?

The scenes are not on the Special Edition DVD. I remember the avoidance system comment.

LOL.

Don't worry, he won't fight Superman. He'll get all soft and Gus out.

Kal Penn = Actor which = he can do more then just comedies..why is that such a hard concept for people to understand?

Now I'm not condemming Kumar to Otisburg or anything, but comon Venom, check out the guys resume. At least 80% of what he's done is comedic.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but I can't fault others that don't. There's plenty of basis for their concern.

And most of what Keaton did before Batman 89 was comedies and people acted the same way about him....they are actors..they play different kinds of parts.
