Will the Incredible Hulk movie have a new Talbot to start over with?

The first Hulk movie messed the character of Talbot up & killed him off all in one movie but should the Talbot character be used in the Incredible Hulk movie? Not the Josh Lucas version of Talbot that was all greedy & out to make money off of selling the Hulk's DNA but a Talbot that is more of General Thunderbolt Ross's right hand man.

I think they should go in a different direction and maybe introduce maybe a Doc Sampson character or Rick Jones. Rehashing Talbot's role would be a mistake and totally signify a failure of the first rather than this just being a different take. If this movie is indeed the start of a franchise then Lead us (hint) in a better direction with New characters.

I loved the Movie Talbot more than the Comics Talbot... I think that he was one of those characters that were ampliated in transposition.
