Will the next film be Dr No

Just how faithful is Casino Royale to the novel?
Judging by the December script (which seems to accurately represent the film - I haven't yet seen a still or line of dialogue that I didn't know precisely where it fit), it's pretty darn faithful. Definitely among the more faithful entries the series has ever had.

I mean, there's an almost entirely new first third that sets up the book material, but once the card game starts, it gets really faithful (though certain things are beefed up - if you remember the cane moment, something similar is chosen, but it's a lot more cinematic and exciting). Fans of the book won't be disappointed - this is no butchery of the novel.

I always though it would be really cool if they took a youngish actor, and accuratly adapted each and every one of the Bond novels, ignoring any political correctness that modern day society dictates.

Have the set in the 60's, 70's, 80's even, following Bond through his career. Have a strong sense of continuity that allows each of the stories to flow together naturally.

Casino Royale is obviously a reboot, and I suspect that any stories following this will be all singing, all dancing, new tales.

Then how about the next film be a faithful rendition of Live and Let Die?

License to Kill has a lot of LalD in places.

It would be interesting, no doubt, but considering most of the material that book had to offer was used up in LIVE AND LET DIE, FOR YOUR EYES ONLY, and LICENCE TO KILL, it's probably not worth it.

From what we know, BOND 22 continues the story of CASINO ROYALE (and believe me, CASINO ROYALE does have something of a sequel ending), and the December draft's set-up as well as comments from Craig have led me to believe it will feature Bond on a quest for vengeance.
