just a question. x men 1 -2 and First Class have a styling to how the action and the story flows.

with x men 3 there was a slight change in that styling but i personally like x-men 3.

with Wolverine they really dropped the ball there, what a train wreck.

and now we have James Mangold working on wolverine.

he directed Cop Land, Walk the Line, 3 10 Yuma.

he clearly has a styling to his films. he has alot of passion and creativity. he could do something on level of what darren was planning. What will he bring to wolverine? will Fox let him make the type of film he is capable of making, or will they ruin things the way they did with orgins?

It's Fox probably not. As much as I want this to be good It likely will not be. I wish Marvel would buy the rights back or something, I am ready for a re-imagining.

why lol first class is probably my new fav marvel movie

and marvel did'nt even make it lol

it has a great script and a very good director this film will be fine

Well I just hope it doesn't look cheap, XOW looked cheap.

as suprising as it sounds, some people actually liked wolverine.

i wonder if the story behind why wolverine sucked will come out one-day?

orgins had so much potential. if only bryan singer had some kind of involvement and had they given gavin hood room to make a good film, it would have done very well.

i'm curious about whether this is alternate continuity or does it happen around the time of First Class. Does it happen in the 80's, 70's, 60's.

Somebody here suggested that it could occur after x3. that would be cool. this way there would be room for x men 4. but i say this.

The Wolverine should take place in a more realistic real world environment, where only wolverine exists. no mention of mutants or anything.

he should be a strange guy with claws and healing abliity but he has no memory and he goes on an adventure. and as the story progresses

First Class and the 4 x men films already have TOO MANY time line errors.

x men first class fits with x1 but it contradicts the plot of x2. Beast Built cerebro. if xavier and raven/mystique had a close friendship why doesn't he connect with her thougout the film.

Hopefully yes! Just by looking at the screenshots and posters, I feel like this movie has different vibe/style compare to the previous X-Men films. I just cannot wait to watch the trailer, too bad I'm not seeing it right away because I will go to a 4-day vacation.

Seems to be a bit neo-noir, laced with some fancier stuff.

Except for maybe Silver Samurai, yeah, I agree.

I hope so. I really do. I want a Japanese epic, shot as well as TDKR or Skyfall, a different portrayal of Logan (I'm not at all against Jackman as Wolvie, but I do think he was most like the character in the first half of X1) and devoid of all the unnecessary mutant cameos and garbage CG that plagued XO:W.
