Transformers
Transformers Armada
Transformers Cybertron
Transformers Energon
Transformers Beast Wars
Transformers Beast Machines

Is there no end to it??

I would like these crappy offshoots of the original transformers to die, but the Original Transformers cartoon owned. They should remake those or something. That would be the only thing worth doing. All these other series sucked.

Totally agree

The only problem with remaking the original G1 Transformers is it would look all anime crap and be mixed with crappy 3d animation and very bad voice acting and 2d animation.

They should do more of what Beast Wars did. Instead of restarting from scratch, continue the G1 continuity.

Beastwars (and Machines - since it was a continuation of Wars) was awesome!

Just imagin Transformers done as good as Ghost in the Shell.

I agree. I liked BW since it started, but I really, really got into it when they tied it into existing G1 continuity and started expanding on it. More series that tie into G1 would be much better than the crappy rehashes they're putting out now.

I loved Beast Wars...Got 2 out of three of the Sereis on DVD....

I would like to see something along the lines of The War Within, Transtech or the Transformers Universe storyline. In other words, something that might have actually expanded even further upon the original continuity without respinning it into crapime for the umpteenth time.

And it needs to be made by either a decent cartoon studio like Dong Woo (Jackie Chan Adventures, Big Guy & Rusty, the Men In Black and GINO cartoons) or put back into Mainframe's CGI.

Maybe if the movie comes out and doesn't bomb, we might get a new cartoon based on it...but I'm not getting my hopes up this early in the game.

Well guys we have no choice we have to live with the fact that hasbro does not want to spend to much money on transformers. So they spend as little cash as possible and buy the transformers show that was made in japan.

Beast Wars ****ing owned. Dont knock it.

I loved Beast Machines and Beast Wars. Machines less-so, but I still really enjoyed it.
G1 was a little before my time to really appreciate it, but I just ordered Season 1 Vol 1 & 2, so I'll be able to watch some of that soon enough.

I can't stand the new cartoons, but I hope we can someday get something that continues after the events in Beast Machines. Something that I'd like explained is what happens to earth in the Maximal and Predicon's time.

OK, so I've only seen bits and pieces of the past 3 or 4 series (for obvious reasons), and it looks like each season/series is its own independent continuity. I am right about this? And if I am...WTF? They must be smoking some serious crack to come up with a concept like that.... '"OK, we've built up a history with the characters, nows lets....meh, I'm bored now, lets just start over, people dont care about the stories anyhoo, just throw in some ****ty anime."

No you are wrong let me explane for you o.k.

beast wars starts first when they went into the past then..
transformers takes place then even thou it was the first series
beast Machines takes place when the people from beast wars go back to there real time.Which in transformers time is after the first series.

R.I.D takes place in it own universe

transformes armada is the start of a new universe
energon takes place a few years after armada
then cybertron takes place many years after energon

that help. Now R.I.D,armamda,energon,and cybertron were made in japan.
the first transformers show was made for the U.S.A first then beast wars was made for the USA and beast machines were made for us as well even thou both were made in canada.

I watched the Beast wars/machines series, thought they were great. Thanks for explaining armada/energon/cybertron, it was all a bit confusing.

Still, the last 3 series have been utter crap. What ever happened to the good guys vs bad guys? Now its more about power-linking, eneron charges,double-triple-quadruple power-linking orgys, and all this techincal jargon that doesnt mean anything. G1 worked because it was a simple story of good vs evil.

Beastmachine sucked hard...very hard. :down

If Transformers: Headmasters, and Super God Masterforce are released on DVD in the states, I'll be one happy dude.

I didn't think it was that bad. No, it wasn't nearly as good as Beast Wars, I admit, but it was still enjoyable in its own right. One thing that I think would've made more people enjoy it would have been to make the maximals transform in a traditional way (rotating and shifting parts) instead of the flashy morphing that they used.

Well, that and the fact that a few of the character designs just looked stupid. They could've put much better thought into that department.

I might have to watch Beast Wars again. When I originally saw it, it didn't impress me

G1 and Beast Wars were so good. Beast Machines was kind of dissappointing, but it's so much better than the ****ty TF series on now. They should continue G1 continuity. And no kids. Kids and Transformers suck.

Does anyone know how long the Beast Wars lasted? A friend of mine suggested that it could have been decades worth of fighting. I never really gave it much thought until he said that.
