While filming for Spider-Man Homecoming resumes throughout the summer, let's go over the cast members who are expecting to play the villains of the film and which ones each is expected to play.
Michael Keaton as the film's main antagonist is set to play Adrien Toomes aka the Vulture.
as for others whose roles are yet to be revealed
Michael Mando, whose role is still unknown is rumored to be playing the villain Carnage in this movie, while Carnage is the villain that is often the most long awaiting villain due to the symbiote Cletus Kasady bonds with takes time to spawn from the Venom symbiote but with Marvel having creative control over the developement of Spider-Man Homecoming, they might have a trick or two to make Carnage arrive onto the big screen of the Marvel Cinematic Universe sooner
Logan Marshall Green is expected to play Scorpion or Shocker
as Bokeem Woodbines is to play either Shocker or the Tinkerer but if he does play Shocker
there is a chance the Tinkerer will be played by Donald Glover
and Hannibal Buress who is cast as a hot dog vendor who later becomes a villain, most likely the Rhino
As reports state that the Tinkerer builds Adrien his tech flight gear and weaponry that will make him become the Vulture using the Chitauri's technology, chances are that the other villains like Scorpion and Shocker will get their gear from the Chitauri's tech as well and for Carnage and Rhino, they might get their looks from the Chitauri and Leviathan's dna and bio substances being used to create the red symbiote and exoskeletal armor as well as being driven from the aftermath of the battle from the Avengers 2012 film
And if all 6 of these villains are confirmed to appear in Spider-Man Homecoming to take on the Wallcrawler and the Avengers then they will form this group of supervillains for the first time in the cinematic films
