Will you beard up for Thor?

I know, right? When Aquaman had the beard and hook hand, I could take him seriously. He looked like he was freaking half pirate! This is an Aquaman I would not mess with!

It's like he's saying "Yeah, I've heard the jokes. 'Hey, I never realized so much crime happened under water! Derptyderpderp! 'Oh no, Aquaman's ability to talk to fish is useless, tehehehe!' So you wanna make something of it buddy? "

Current Aquaman though... Eh...

I mean come on, it's bad enough they had to take away his beard, and that they went back to that unflattering mis-matched green and orange costume (is he supposed to look like a sea-carrot?), but a magical water hand instead of a hook? Really? Is he supposed to defeat his foes using relaxing hydrotherapy?

I agree the "hook hand" Aquaman certainly looks more badass, but the water hands looks kind of cool as well.

The water hand was awesome. It could undo magic and shapeshift into whatever Aquaman wanted. He was fond of turning it into the head of a mace.

I like the classic costume, too. Although, granted, I like it when they make the top look more like bronze or gold scalemail rather than orange spandex.

I can't grow a beard, I can only get these pitiful mustache wannabe's and some hairs on the jaw and under the lower lip... and I just cut myt hair pretty shortish so I can't even "hair up" for Thor. Damn.

My hair is too thick to grow out. It always gets really wavy and tangled when I try to grow it out and it ends up looking like a mullet no matter what I do. I'm physically about as far away from Thor as you can possibly get in every way.

I'm in my last semester of college and I'm growing a beard for the entire semester because I figure I'll have very few chances to get away with that in the future. I graduate in May and Thor comes out in May, it seems like I'll be ready in time for release to join the Brotherhood of the Beard...

My beard used to itch, but not anymore. However, I do get annoyed by my beard if I let it grow too long, because I find myself scratching at it and plucking out the ones that are unusually wavy. I occasionally find myself plucking out dark wavy hairs from my scalp too, but it's not as annoying as when I find them on my face.

I can only grow the gotee type beard even with a German ancestry for some reason the sideburns don't grow in.
I had my gotee about 6 inches long and it naturally curved OUT like the Faust character. lol
