Wizarding World of Harry Potter

lol...well, the best bet is to try the test seats and/or like tape your assets to make them flatter...although it may hurt some. :hehe::oldrazz:

Someone on the other forum suggested they start selling Slytherin Spanx. :lmao:

But seriously, I think you'll be fine. I'm worried about myself since I have broad shoulders, and with another fella having similar issues due to the shoulders I hope mine aren't broad enough to stop me from riding whenever I go. I need to be freaked out by dementors on this thing! lol.

I'm so excited for this ride. Hopefully we're all OK (I think we are!). Thankfully my friend that I'm going with is a psychotic planner, so she's got everything all worked out - we're staying onsite, so we get early access to the park, we also have an Express pass that we can use once a day, and then we can wait on the regular line so we can see all of the castle.

We're there for 2 days before heading off for Disney, so that's at least 6 Forbidden Journey trips if we're lucky. Last time I went to Disney with her we went on Expedition Everest 11 times in a row. :wow:

I'm gonna go broke!

Butterbear for $8.50?! Are they serving liquid gold with that?

Says with cup, so it must come in some cheap little collectors cup hence the price. I think regular butterbeer by itself was like 3 bucks.

I should bring my Marvel Superhero Island refillable cup that I got there a few years ago and see if they'll put butterbeer in it. :oldrazz:

I'll definitely be adding a butterbeer mug to my collection.

Don't know if anyone knows it yet, but soda won't be for sale in Harry Potter.

I like that.

My boss' husband drives equipment trucks for NBC News...he's on his way to Orlando right now to be there for the grand opening. :wow:

But why? It's just a sourvenir mug not related to the books or movies. Better to spend that money on a pointed hat with matching wizard robes you can wear around your neighborhood.

I think if you get the mug, refills are cheaper. Or, something to that effect.

The Butterbeer only goes in the souvenir mug or a disposable cup, nothing else. Same goes for the Hogshead brew. And they won't put the Hogshead brew in the Butterbeer mug and vice versa.

Yeah, because I'd look awesome walking around town dressed like that. :oldrazz:

Can someone post pictures of their adventures? I'm definetly gonna do it once I go next weekend. :)

I don't go until September. :csad:

I wish I was leaving now, people in my office have gotten those vuvuzela horns they are playing at the World Cup and have been blaring them since this morning. :cmad:

You all are going to beat me to the punch, I'll probably be able to check it out in the fall if I can save up some cash. Stupid school loans! lol.

My boss' husband just called - he's there right now setting up equipment for the Today Show and wanted to let us know he's just outside Hogwarts and the Forbidden Journey ride only has a 2-minute wait. :wow:

We're on the phone yelling "GO ON IT!!!!!!"

That was pretty cool. I caught it just as the fireworks ended. I wonder what I missed.

I want to see clips of the rides and all. Not just shops shops and shops like BBC did this morning, show me the rides lol butterbeer looks cool, I want to try it.
