Sequels Wolverine 3

I'd love another Wolverine movie, but I also want to see other spin-offs like Deadpool, X-force and more.

Got a feeling that wish will come true. From what Mark Millar's been saying Fox want to expand. Exciting times could be ahead.

A plot of one of Wolverine's old team being killed reminds me too much of the horrible x-men origins. I say use Wolverine and Yukio, no need to involve a whole new team, please don't turn Yukio into a romantic interest, that would be terrible.

in my opinion, if there's going to be a Wolverine 3 movie. It should have the same scale with The Wolverine 2 but a little bigger. And I don't want the film to have a lot of mutants. Wolverine, Yukio as the sidekick, Omega Red as the main villain, maybe 1 new mutant to help Wolverine/Yukio and 1 mutant sidekick to Omega Red - 5 mutants. I think anything beyond that would be too much and obviously more mutants = bigger budget.

Disagree about a bigger scale but agree about everything else.

There have been a lot of Wolverine Solo comics isn't that right? I even remember one storyline called Texas Massacre or something like that. So there's a lot of potencial content for a 3rd film. I say keep the focus on the plot and characters like The Wolverine did, maybe even bring Sabertooth, who knows, as long as they don't get the film too crowded and nonsensical like X-Men origins

Yukio and Logan aren't really romantic partners in the comics. They're more like "friends who have sex sometimes."

He's still a badass, and he doesn't have to be Marlon Brando to play Omega Red. Especially if the character is just a mercenary with a grudge.

Hmm not really, after The Wolverine's opening weekend numbers, FOX should be cautious greenlighting spin-off movies. This idea of Wolverine 3 happening is more like a fan-boy wish for now. But if FOX has to release a spin-off, I want it to be Wolverine 3 and not X-Force.

After The Wolverine, I just don't see how they could make the scale smaller.

Not really, the movie has already made back it's budget and more. It had a large opening overseas and is only in it's second week. Besides, X-Force is a team movie and those are easier to sell.

Are you really sure that it would earn bigger opening weekend than The Wolverine And how come X-Force is easier to sell? It doesn't even have Wolverine or the X-Men in the movie title. Like the other spin-offs it will once again feature a new cast and its not a sequel to an ongoing series.

And of course X-Force would have a bigger budget than The Wolverine because it will feature more mutants.

Lundgren isn't too old, he's only 55. Omega Red looks older, and he doesn't have talk too much. Dolph is still good in fight scenes.

It's shouldn't be smaller, but it shouldn't be much bigger either, i like the scale of The Wolverine, focused andcharacter driven. In fact i'dd say that the last part, when they tried to make it bigger with

Fox have to take risk they put Millar in charge if certain aspects on order to expand their universe. I think for certain they're gonna try some other things.

I want Sunfire as the mutant to help Wolverine/Yukio

And Spiral as the sidekick of Omega Red!

And that would cost like the First Class movie.

If there's a team of mutants working together, there will be probably a group of mutant villains to even things out.

But when watching it I couldn't help but feel I had seen it all before

Honestly I'd say if your gonna use wolverine again then do it in a team movie, we have seen enough of wolverine, we know wolverine now and i don't think there is anything left to explore

And by the way, The Wolverine did very well in Russia, its the Wolverine's 2nd biggest market right now! Its probably because Svetlana is from Russia and she's in the movie.

Maybe in Wolverine 3, they could film some of the scenes in Russia.
