WOLVERINE cartoon!!!!!!!!!

Yeah but it fit. You have to remember that this guy is like...5'3. He's not going to sound like He-Man. I think the guy who did his voice in X-men Legends 1 & 2 and Marvel Ultimate Alliance is perfect...Ironically enough he also voices Spike on Cowboy Bebop, Mugen from Samurai Champloo, and Tom from Toonami, which I found pretty cool. The guy from X-men: Evolution (Dragonball Z's Picollo) was also really good.

lol, when was the last time he was drawn as being 5'3? He deffinetley wasnt in the cartoon. He towered over Jubilee, and she isnt 4' somethin.

I hate the idea of Wolverine being so prominent, but I'll probably watch anyway because it's X-men.:o:csad:

2 reasons for that. 1. Capitalism. 2. His personality wont allow him to be anything but prominant.

1. Naturally.
2. What makes you think that?

True but he was significantly shorter than the other characters, which was enough. Wether 5'3 or 5'9, his voice isn't going to sound that deep. It won't have that bass to it that Jackman has. Hell, Jackman's voice can almost be compared to Cyclops from the animated series more than it can to Wolverine of any incarnation.

How can he not be prominant when hes always the first to attack without hesitation? I dont have to get into his personality, its well known. Ill keep it short. Hes too intense to be in the background.

There've been stories where Wolverine was very tame. He's not always a hothead. He has a huge chip on his shoulder, but he's not some impetuous attention ****e(not counting how he's been portrayed these last few years:o).

I wasnt saying hes a hot head or that he has a chip on his shoulder. Blame Chris Claremont and John Byrne.

I know, you're saying his personality is too out there for him to be relegated to the background.

Yea, hes always got somethin to say. Example: Cyclops' relationship with Emma disturbs Logan becouse it hasnt been that long since Jean supposedly died, so natrually Logan makes himself prominant by speeking his mind to Scott.

I think what he means is that Wolverine is so prominent that he overshadows the rest of the characters when it should be an equal share deal with the team. Look at the Fantastic Four. They are all prominent and up there. You don't see The Thing standing in front of all of them or the Human Torch hogging the front spot. Look at the X-men movie posters and try to find Cyclops (the leader of the X-men!) for me. Wolverine's head is huge and right in the fronf of every single poster and Cyclops is like...in the back somewhere. Professor Xavier too, which is just...wrong.

Id probobly be irritated as well if Wolverine wasnt my favorite character.

He's mine too actually. My favorite Marvel character. But I like him more when he's just another member of the team. An ensemble. So far Whedon and Morrision have gotten this down perfectly. I hate it when it's Wolverine and the X-men. As a solo character? Sure. Put him out there. Kick ass. Awesome. But when he's on a team, try to remember that he is only one cog in the big machine. He's no different from The Thing.

I find it funny that Tim Story of all people did a team movie better than anyone else.

well, we also have to take into account the fact that Logan was in love with Jean also, and she stuck with Scott till the end.

He should be allowed to be who he is, but he doesn't need to hog the spotlight to do that.

Nnnnope. Nothin. Probably won't see anything for a while either considering how far off it is. We haven't got news or anything. Punisher 2 has had more news.

Just hope it looks nothing like the new FF cartoon.

Its most likely going to be a Wolverine cartoon with X-Men cameos. Id like to see other Marvel characters in it as well. I dont see how a Wolverine cartoon would work if its targeted at younger viewers becouse Logan wouldnt be allowed to carve any of his enemies up. How would he be able to defeat guys like Sabretooth or Omega Red without using his claws?

Logan just isnt a PG character. One obvious reason is the brutal results of his attack. A guy with lethal blades on his hands doesnt belong in a sissy Saturday morning cartoon.

2007 Fall huh? Should be good, If it is anything like X-Men Evolution it should be great, man I miss that show......
