Wolverine: The Official Promo Photos Thread

These pics are about 1000x better than the promo pics before the film came out. In design and execution. How strange.

They must of finally figured out how to use photoshop :D

The Wade ones are bad ass.

There are so many other pics we'll probably never see. I wish they would release the entire picture catalog for this. :p

I think Fox uses James Fisher a lot - he was also the photographer on Hugh's movie Australia which are also in the portfolio.

Ryan Reynolds: Whatever happens Scarlett and Naomi can not find out.

Liev Schreiber: I absolutely agree.

Ryan Reynolds: Good, continue.

I was late for the Tempe premiere by 1 frikken day. The day after that I spent a week in Tempe. Talk about missed opportunities....

Ugh, I hate it when that happens. I always find out there's a movie shooting near my office after the fact. :csad:

I'm seeing Hugh on Saturday - going to see his B'way play again. A friend wound up with extra tickets at the last minute. :woot:

man...so many hunks on this cast. Hugh, Ryan and even Liev. Taylor I'm indifferent to... *ducks* :D

It's a shockingly tall cast, too.

Amazingly tall, all of them.

I managed to see Hugh 3 times yesterday - I went to his play, and he was outside when I got to the theater, and then I saw him in the box office while I was in the lobby waiting to get in. I'm about 5'4 and I think I'm barely up to his shoulder. :wow:

Hugh and Daniel Craig are auctioning off their undershirts after their show for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, and they did a little modeling of the shirts before they auctioned them off. I can confirm that Hugh is definitely still looking good in the tank top. :oldrazz:

(and Daniel is looking quite fine as well - they got $15,000 for the shirts!)

I'm a bit over 5'1" so I'm probably under his armpit! At the last show I saw while Hugh and Daniel were modeling the shirts after the show, Daniel had a woman's breast drawn on his and then Hugh opened his shirt and his t-shirt had nipple tassles and he delightfully demonstrated how they worked - I thought Daniel was going to "lose it" LOL. This fundraising is done by most Broadway theaters for six weeks which culminates on Dec. 7 and 8 with a ceremony where they announce which earned the most money by fundraising. Musicals usually get more than straight plays. I think the most ever for a straight play was last year when Daniel Radcliffe got around $250,000 when he was doing Equus. When Hugh did Boy from Oz in 2003, he raised over $600,000 from that show, a record which still stands for individual shows. I think the biggest total ever received by all Broadway houses in the past was around $1.5M.

Well... the charity is going to be very happy since I've read that as of yesterday, Hugh and Daniel ALONE have collected $1.3M by themselves. They get upwards of $20,000 a show, between the t-shirts (which go for thousands), the signed playbills, photos with the stars, and signed posters. Way to go guys!

And since Hugh is filming Spielberg's Real Steel reportedly in June where he plays a washed-up boxer, I would think he will need to keep in tip-top shape for that movie!

LOL...we didn't have any of the added features on the shirts yesterday, but the little 'striptease' they did was hilarious. They also did this whole showroom thing with the signed posters they were selling that got a lot of laughs.

And it's very dark show with a miserable ending, the post-show bonus definitely lightened the mood in the theater. It was funny to hear them drop right back into their real accents so quickly too.

Someone in the front rows suggested they sell of their underwear next. Daniel yelled back "Hugh doesn't wear any!" :funny:

I didn't leave with anyone's shirt, but I did get a Playbill signed by both Hugh and Daniel - my dad helped me get that one. :woot:
