I wonder how new she will be to this type of society. Will she have just arrived after the events of MOS ?

Is that a proper drawing of Gal as WW? It looks more like someone pasted a photo of her head onto a drawing then used the find edges filter in photoshop on the whole thing to try to make it look like it were all one sketch. However, her head looks different from the rest of it as if it were taken from an actual photo.

It's a 'shopped composite using the hero costume that went on tour and then Gadot's head replacing the mannequin.

To be fair it does still look like the color is muted when we see WW in costume in the trailer. On the other hand it does seem to be at night in some kind of smoke filled battle ground so that could explain that.

its the coloring of the movie, that is the style, preference of director/cinematographer.

That statue may reflect how WW's costume looks color wise in the film or it may not. I am well aware of Snyder and Fong's style, but as BN pointed out we can't tell yet definitively since we have a snippet of WW to go on.

Well, we can see a hint of those beautiful colours in the trailer. And that's at night as KRYPTON pointed out, so I have no reason to doubt it will look like that statue at day time.

Great WW costume, just my own thoughts. Her 'suit' looks very krypton friendly. Is that a diamond shape in the middle of her chest? Red, Blue and gold? I just wonder if that empty pod was indeed the 'seed' for the amazon's. Personally, i wouldn't mind it, i know others would disagree.

I honestly feel that Wonder Woman's outfit and look is perfect. Wouldn't change a thing if I could.

How the hell does it look "Krypton friendly"?

Same. I don't see the influence of the design we saw in MOS for anything on Krypton. It's way more Sword and Sorcery Fantasy warrior influenced but on the slick side.

We already know Diana is going to have mysticism and magic as they have stayed they are going New 52 with her origin as the daughter of Zeus. I hear that and my mind doesn't think convoluted "aliens as deities" I think magical Olympian gods.

Yeah, "fantasy warrior" would be the term I'd use as well. It's not really like any armor that existed and that could have exist in our world, or rather - the craftmanship appears more modern than the style.

That is actually the main difference I see between Wondy's and Aquaman's armor. True, if it were to be historically accurate as an ancient armor of retiarius gladiator (which is the style of it) Aquaman's costume would still be anachronistic, as some elements belong more on a late medieval armor, but it's craftmanship is nevertheless more basic and not nearly as modern-looking like it's the case with Wonder Woman's armor. So despite the "anachronism", it still appears less fantastic and more grounded.

If I were to deduce which of the two civilizations is more advanced, based on the armor alone, I'd say it is Themyscira. My two cents at least.

I wonder if those greaves are removable on her armour. Or what about the knee pads? The greaves certainly look like they're made in two parts which are held together by some kind of strap, and they look a separate part to the shoe on the bottom.
