Description

He didn't get to be People Magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive" -- or Wolverine -- by sitting on the sidelines. Hugh Jackman is known for his incredible physique (those shoulders, those abs!) as well as for being one of the nicest guys around. Soon, he'll be getting ready for X-Men Origins: Wolverine 2 and literally transforming his body into that of Wolverine. And he wants you to join him in the gym and begin your own transformation!

One lucky winner will work out with Hugh Jackman in two separate sessions in the early AM at a private gym in Manhattan in Fall 2010.

- Train side-by-side for one hour with Hugh and his fitness guru Don Scott of Jim Karas Personal Training -- the same team who was responsible for whipping Hugh into shape for X-Men: The Last Stand.

- Return later in the week when you get into the ring with Hugh for a boxing workout under the tutelage of former #1 ranked middleweight boxer, the "godfather" of boxing fitness techniques, Michael Olajide, Jr. Olajide is a private coach to a host of celebrities including Mark Wahlberg, John Leguizamo and supermodel Iman. He has consultanted for numerous major films, including Will Smith’s Ali.

- After getting your butt kicked, take home a personalized nutrition regimen complete with workout tips so you can live what you've learned at the hands of these three icons of fitness.

Bid today -- and if you're lucky, you'll win two of the toughest training sessions of your life courtesy of the one and only Hugh Jackman.

In this bit about Hugh dropping out of a movie is some news on Wolverine and working out in the fall.

http://www.deadline.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/hugh-jackman-wolverine1.jpgEXCLUSIVE: Hugh Jackman won't be knocking on doors this fall in the lead role of Avon Man, the 20th Century Fox comedy that Kevin Lima will direct. I'm told that Jackman has dropped out as the star. That's going to come as pretty good news for superhero fans because Jackman will spend the late fall getting in killer shape to reprise his role as Logan in a sequel to X-Men Origins: Wolverine. That film is being scripted by Christopher McQuarrie and tells a samurai story set in Japan. There is no director, but Jackman's move means that Fox is getting the film ready for production next year.

Jackman's road to six-pack abs could still include a detour to Selma, where he would play sheriff Jim Clark, whose arrest of Martin Luther King Jr. is catalyst for the plot of the Lee Daniels-directed Civil Rights drama which, after a series of fits and starts, appears poised to gather its financing through The Weinstein Company and Pathe and the financier Skyline Pictures. Jackman gained 30 pounds to play the role in the spring, then had to lose the weight for Real Steel. Will he strap on the feedbag again and then have to lose it to play Logan?

I wouldn't last 10 minutes in a workout session with Hugh...

He's not the person you'd have to worry about. I bet his trainer is a rough SOB
