Kristen Stewart as Bella was a bad decision. They should've casted a girl that was pretty like the books said.
I think she's hot, but she can't really act. I swear I thought that she and the whole cast of that movie were vampires... probably because their characters are so hallow.Kristen Stewart as Bella was a bad decision. They should've casted a girl that was pretty like the books said.

No. And, to be fair, I should retract that statement (you're right). 'Cause I really only ever seen her perform in such movies as 'Twilight' and 'The Messengers(I believe that's what it's called)'. Both I say you can argue had poor scripts.Have you seen Adventureland? She's actually really good when given a script that wasn't written on the back of an Arby's napkin.

I don't find Kristen Stewart hot at all. I think half of America is smoking whatever they hell she was on when she did that Letterman interview.
Michael Gambon as Dumbledore.
Michael Gambon as Dumbledore.
I never read the books for the later films (I've only ever read in full the first three books, skipped the forth, and leapt into reading the fifth but didn't get to finish). However, of the one's that I've read, he seems to fit in just fine with the character. I liked the transition from the sweet Dumbledore in the first two films, into the real bittersweet Dumbledore. I can understand how some may not like that, but I just found it quite interesting and it adds a little more to the stories. Tack onto that, that Gambon is a great actor and it's all good for me.Correct, sir.
He's a great actor but completely wrong for Dumbledore.
Will Smith - Robert Neville, I Am Legend
Epic fail with the whole movie...theatrical ending makes no sense to the book or the title of the movie.
I still have yet to read the book, but I agree with you regardless. Will Smith was absolutely horrible in that movie. Those scenes where he talks to the mannequins are so laugh-out-loud bad I can't believe they made the final cut.
Worst scene to take place in a video store since Ethan Hawke's "To Be or Not to Be" speech in Blockbuster.
I thought so too. Surely there were a few laughable moments ("Eat your vegetables", the "What the hell you doing out here, Fred?" scene, among a few others). But overall, I felt that they pulled off the film quite well. People who hate it have to look at is as a movie first, not as an adaption. And, as a movie, it's quite good.I thought Will did great. However, I hated the theatrical ending.
I can see why people may feel that way about this film (afterall, the film's viewers are pretty "50/50" as a majority). I personally enjoyed the Vincent Price version better. But this one... I just enjoyed. I loved the atmosphere, I loved how a lot of the film relies on imagination (especially around the character's and certain scenarios), a lot of scenes really stood in my head. The only real flaw with this film (for me) was when [BLACKOUT]Sam died[/BLACKOUT]. But everything went downhill from then-on and turned into a below-par climax.Well, I didn't look at it as an adaptation and I still thought it sucked. Bad acting on Smith's part, bad dialogue, paper-thin story, some of the weakest CGI I've seen since the cartoon Rock from The Mummy Returns and a terrible ending. Oh, and I love how they entire world is a rundown sh**hole but somehow Smith kept his Mustang in PRISTINE condition. But anyway, that's a debate for another thread.

She's alright but there is this funny avatar out that has her and all these weird/funny faces she makes in movies that make you go "is she cute or not"?
She's average to me.

Somebody who agress with me.
Stewart looks like they just picked some girl off the street and asked her if she would like to be in a movie.
And can you post that avatar?
Man, I'm glad you weren't in charge of the movie. That was the best scene in the movie after his dog died and he tried to talk to the girl mannequin in the video store. Say what you want about the movie but there's no denying that Will Smith was amazing in it.
Yeah, I hate it when girls in movies look like believable human beings.
