What endings do you hate?

Someone wanna tell me what the hell happened at the end of Hulk? Same goes for the Planet Of The Apes ending.

This doesn't really count but since it's based on a movie I'll list it anyways.

The ending to the Righteous Kill will definately leave you saying to yourself , "thats it?"

No Country for Old Men.

The Strangers.

You didn't like it? Or was it because you were falling asleep during Jones's dream conversation and when you woke up, he said, "And then I woke up." And it cut to black? :woot:

i'm finding this hard because bad endings usually occur in bad films...

The only one that comes to mind is gladiator but that nose dived about half way in

Pirates of the Carribean: At Wordl's End

Not the last scene, but the climax sucks!!! But, the movie is not much better.

"Love Conquers All" Brazil

Such a horrible ending...

No Country for Old Men- WTF? A total break in the plot where Jones just visits a guy and mutters about some dream. It didn't do anything for the plot.

Oh, and Cloverfield. My friend wanted to kill me for making him watch the movie. We don't find out what the monster thing was, and the main characters were killed under a bridge? waste of my time. And how did the video survive if they were all killed?

Are you kidding? That film's a modern classic.

It's all well and good that the film is considered a "modern classic", but let's not forget that this is a worst ending scene in a film thread. Even some critics who loved the film disliked the final scene. The ending scene for that movie was completely out of place, made no sense, and did nothing for the plot UNLESS you bother to dissect Tommy Lee Jones' lines for the deeper metaphor -- which we know a majority of people won't do. I've read the book and was horribly disappointed that the Coens were so faithful that they actually kept this ending.

I do. :oldrazz:

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Not like that movie wasn't bad enough, but the temple turns into a flying saucer and Shia Lebouf almost puts on the Indy hat?

Wow.

Wow.

But Indy takes it away from him! I thought that was great! What was great is that Indy kept owning Mutt through the entire film. :woot:

I didn't like the implication that scene provided.

Or the flying saucer.

Beowulf also had a terrible ending. And middle. And Grendel.

:cmad:
