*Worst thing about being in High School*

My last semester I was a TA for my favorite teacher and she knew (but never openly acknowledged it) that I always skipped out at 11:05AM to go meet my buddies next door and go to the bathroom to smoke a bowl.

That's where you're wrong, you don't have to bomb abortion clinics to be a fundamentalist. Anyone who's a Biblical literalist (not believing in evolution or drawing glowing crosses for example) is considered a fundamentalist.

I would think you are close to it if you don't. They are suppose to protect the school from threats ie. school shootings.

But the ones at my school just sit down at their desks majority of the day. And they don't patroll.:o
 
Worst part I remember was all of it. From having to wake up when I didn't want to, to having to take orders from people, to P.E., to actually being expected to do work. It all sucked and all I can say is that I'm damn glad I didn't make the same mistake by going to college. Only good part was getting to see lots of good looking chicks, but then you can find that elsewhere too. Glad I've blocked most of H.S. out by now.

This is too precious, you claiming that it would have been a mistake not to go to college? I hate to break it to you but all the good paying jobs out here will expect a college degree. Have fun in poverty. :down:

No, it would have been a mistake TO go to college. And jobs are the same crap as H.S. You basically are a slave. Poverty ain't so bad, at least I don't have to answer to anyone. I do what I want when I want. Period!

Oh I see, you're one of those dumb people who think they're fighting the system because they live in an efficiency apartment...or their mom's house.

but im ready to graduate then go off to purdue next fall

No, apartments of any kind would require a job to be able to afford them(at least in my area they do), and if I lived with my mother I'd have to answer to her which is just as bad as having a job. I don't care about fighting the system but that doesn't mean I have to become a slave/participate in it. I have my pride after all and nobody tells me what to do or how to live. Not employers, not customers, coworkers, family, none. Maybe you can be fine with having other people run your life but I can't.

hell, to tell you the truth...I miss the school bus. I'm tired to paying for gas and fighting traffic.

I left my most recent job in August, and I started at 9. But I had to travel an hour to get there which = 7:30AM rise.

But in high school, I caught the bus which = 5:45AM rise. To hell with that. :down

The worst thing about being in High school is that when I stop by they always call the police on me when I'm trying to hook up with underage girls......, I mean come on in other countries it's perfectly normal to date teenagers, the USA needs to get with it..seriously..
 
yay for poverty...because not eating when you want to is so fun. and a great way to beat obesity.
