That's the truth. I wonder whether it's best to dedicate your lifespan to doing something you hate or doing what you love...
The answer is tragic of course.
The answer(for me at least) is to dedicate myself to minimizing the amount of suffering I have to endure. I'd blow my brains out tonight if I knew for sure what comes after and it was something good. But I don't and if there's even a 1 in a quadrillion chance that the religious types are right, then that's one I'm not willing to take. So I try to keep myself out of pain. That's it, that's all there is. Occasionally there is pleasure to be had but it's far and few between. I'll settle for less pain.
						
  Not all good paying jobs require a college degree.  In fact, the best ones often require something far more important, the ability to think for yourself and not be a pawn in someone else's game plan.
 Then they say the real world is worse. What kind of insentive is that to continue struggling through school?
