If I could trade Storms hair transformation (which was BS) for Magnetos to change instead than yeah. His powers were the ones that were truly amplified and pushed to the limit, but now? No.

Magneto doesn't need White hair, it would just be a bonus to the character if anything but it certainly isn't needed

Angel's hair did not change.
Psylocke's hair did not change.

= Ororo dyed his hair "brunette" to not be recognized. She was a thief. Apocalypse's power enhancement just got rid of that for some strange reason.
