Wow, just got back from the ground in Chicago. The trailer is freaking awesome!

It was an insane mess out there- freezing and windy weather and utter chaos...just the way Mr. J likes it I guess.

I want to thank QueenChaos for helping me out where she could as my Oracle. Sadly, there was zero swag except for the Joker card we got...not even a Gotham Times. A fan in the theater won a case of film that he is supposed to put online...but that was it. I am not sure if that is the trailer, or if that is some additional footage we will get online.

Man, I have to thaw out- that was insane. So many non SHHers were running around following the pack, and people starting just shouting crap out or running and people started going in all different directions. I am sure it was the SHH folks who were able to get the clues and the numbers.

You guys will love this trailer online!

Oh yeah and we tried to get them to play the trailer twice and they wouldn't, and they wouldn't play the film footage the fan got either.

It probably will take a bit before everyone gets home...they took all cell and electronics and people were being called up one by one to reclaim them before they could leave...a lot different than the prologue, they seemed much more hard core. At first I thought we'd get more than the trailer because of it, but I guess not.

The guy with the reel said he was on his way to transfer the film and put it on youtube as it was instructed for everyone to see it. So he will post it under "ohio amc 21". I didn't get his name or his screen name. Apparently it will be posted tonight around midnight or so. I can't wait what the "boss" has us viewing.

First of all, MAJOR props to sagegrey who was the best oracle a goon can ask for.

One word to summarize the whole hunt: tiring

Lemme tell you, Hell hath no fury like a Chicago Wind.

I started off at the olive garden area as my friends went to park the car. There was a huge crowd that as I approached, suddenly ran inside the garden area. I'm talking to sagegrey who was warning me about the cops arresting people, so I make sure to keep my guard.

As soon as the first clue is out, people mad dashed to the fire hydrant and start the count.

I'm talking to sagegrey while counting the blocks on the ground, when my friends call find out where I am.

Just as I switch to talk to them, my phone battery dies out. I was like, oh hell noo! I tried called them, but my battery wouldn't last a call. At this point, I'm freaking out since I can't find my friends, nor get into contact with sagegrey. The freezing rain and wind didn't help.

Luckily, I had enough battery life to write down both their numbers and kindly asked a gentleman in a riddler costume if he would let me use his phone. Apparently, the Riddler's is a pretty decent guy.

So I find my friends near the area of the 3rd clue, and used one of their phones to contact sagegrey. At this point, the 3 combos clue are already solved and just waiting for the final clue.

Then, we get the clue about going west on Ohio street. We all dash up to ohio and people suddenly started running towards the lake. Knowing better, told people to run away from there towards ohio. There, we see a parking lot and tried to find a van or something.

Thinking we were in the wrong place, I started running more west on Ohio until literally, a Joker goon popped outta no where and just put her hand up. I have to admit, the feeling of being the first one there was pretty damn cool.

After that, we got our Joker Cards (sweet designs) and proceeded to the theater. One person was designated the reel holder until we got to the theater.

The trailer was amazing!!! One hypester won the raffle for the actual reel footage of the trailer and was told by "The Boss to show it to all your fellow goons". The Hype guy said his name is byte19 and will have the reel digitized and uploaded by midnight.

The only annoying part was them taking all our cell phones and cameras like a coat check and taking forever to give them back. Honestly, was it really neccessary? They gave us the trailer for God's sake to copy and upload, so it honestly made us more aggravated after a tiring day.

Anyways, pretty fun, although I wished I got a Goon Mask out of it.

GREAT TO MEET ALL OF YOU! Despite the ridiculous weather, it was a lot of fun. Trailer is pretty good...liked the 1st one better. But we do a great shot of Harvey Dent in the back of a car...clearly can see his scars creeping over to the right side of his face. It's not a direct shot of two-face, but you can definitely see that he is scarred in that scene.

I want to see what is on that damn reel!

My oracle never got back to me and my phone died as I got there (which was about 5 minutes late). Luckily, all you had to do was follow around the face-painted mob. I just did that and I manage to get in to see the trailer :/ They handled that cell-phone situation pretty poorly. The whole thing was just a little dissapointing to me. All it involved was counting stuff and running around, and we only got cards. Too bad I was too shy to ask where any of you were.

Its great to finally be back and relaxed. I actually took a nice warm bath and listen to some music. Something different from all the running around but that sure was fun. It was great to meet a whole bunch of people from the boards including Andrizzle and Redd, I feel bad for you guys having such a long drive. If they do anything else especially up in Madison I'll be there or if its down here we can car pool to make things easier. Well I'm off to bed but I had a great time!

Second, it was great to see you SHHers out there, I really think the 1:1 ratio helped, as it was pretty hard to organize on the ground with all that wind and rain, and the water department's territoriality. I'm so glad everyone got a card and got in to see the trailer!

Was anyone else a little let down by the simplicity of the challenge? I mean we had that knocked out in no time...

Also, I'm glad you got it, Byte19, couldn't be in better hands! I know you won't let us down!

And finnally, I'm so sorry we don't have anything to give you guys, I really can't believe 42 wouldn't even give you the trailer! If it is any consolation the Brazil peeps recorded it.
