I'm not sure how close this game's going to be to the movie, with Deathstrike in the game. I dunno, but by including Nightcrawler as a playable character, and then having Deathstrike as an opponent, it's looking more and more, to me, like X2: The Game, instead of a TLS game.

They have already stated that in this game its events that happen in between X2 and X3.

I'm pretty sure Deathstrike died during X2. That's not in between X2/X3, that's an actual X2 fight scene.

How do you come back from the dead when your body is filled with a solidified metal that can only be returned to a liquified state when put over thousands of degrees which would melt the skin and muscles off your bones? That much adamantium could only have been removed if her entire body was heated up to the boiling point of adamantium.

Not to mention, she's also a several thousand pound paper weight at the bottom of a lake now, remember?

Those healing powers don't change the fact that she is a paper weight that literally weighs a few tons. If her healing powers were the answer to that problem, don't you think her claws wouldn't exist? Not to mention, Wolverine wouldn't have an adamantium laced skeleton.

Why you asking me? I haven't played the game or helped make it. I just know that they said it takes place after X2 and before X3. My guess is that she is brought back as a cyborg.

My guess is that they didn't have enough content for the game, so they included one of the more entertaining fights from X2.

Bringing her back as a cyborg would require that A.) someone even knows yuriko is at alkali lake. B.) she's dead and under the water, filled with solid adamantium. and C.) they know how to make a cyborg.

I DON'T KNOW. Quit askin me questions like I am on the development team...lol. But if you just want me to throw some guess out there I dunno...maybe her father discovers her and has her brought back to life. Remember these stories are fantasy anything can be conjured up in video games.

maybe her healing factor purges the excess adamantium that was pumped into her body...

Maybe the game will start a little earlier in X2, rather than right at the end. Maybe the game has some flashbacks to the fight and some other X2 moments.

thats what i was thinking too but i hope that lady deathstrick is not the frist fight in the game
