X-23 series![]()
Marvel should demand back the FF rights and the ability to use the term "mutants", at the very least, before they even consider opening the potential profit flood gates for Fox that is X-Men on TV.

They should ask, not demand.
Fox won't give them F4 unless the movie fails financially, if it doesn't I could see them offering Gladiator and the Shi'Ar for the TV rights
Profit they themselves would probably get a good share of. Yeah, Disney knows what they are doing.Marvel should demand back the FF rights and the ability to use the term "mutants", at the very least, before they even consider opening the potential profit flood gates for Fox that is X-Men on TV.

giving away all FF rights for approval for one show?
That's lopsided deal if i ever heard one.

1st - Welcome back!
2nd - FOX is going to Marvel hat-in hand, not the other way around. Marvel can demand whatever they damn well please if FOX wants the company to hand over extremely valuable TV rights.
3rd - Marvel isn't going to fill FOX's coffers in exchange for an alien race they can easily replace, as Gunn just recently did with the Badoon. And they're certainly not going to settle on another Superman analogue when they already control Hyperion, Sentry, Blue Marvel, etc.
4th - FOX, like Sony, is going to have to part with something of value to get this done. Surfer and Galactus for one show, the entire FF family for full broadcast rights makes sense for both parties.
Ok, so let me get something here: Is a fact or just a rumour that Marvel control the TV Rights from X-Men?
I don't think FF would be part of the deal for the simple fact that Fox is ready to release it's Cronenberg sci-fi film. That ship may have sailed for it to happen in this particular window.

And X-Men and the concept of prejudice against mutants while hailing other superpowered beings as heroes does not make any sense, in either the comics or the MCU.
Yes, to Marvel getting back Fantastic Four, but Marvel don't "need" the term mutants.

Disney should block Fox as much as possible in the use of Marvel characters and let them expand beyond movies.
With Fox only holding movie rights (is that just for X-Men or FF also?), how come Disney don't just make a Fantastic Four TV series themselves? Or an X-Men show with Wolverine that is not a part of the MCU?
The quality of a Marvel TV series would completely undermine the movie franchises at Fox
since i think X-men should remain earth bound trading the shi'ar and gladiator
to get X_men related tv show on screen would be fair deal.James Gunn would be happy to use them in GOTG sequels.
Fox shouldn't trade any FF cosmic characters. They may use them in FF sequels
if FF is surprise sleeper hit I think it could be![]()
Ok, since we're talking a lot about Fantastic Four right back or not to Marvel, I wanna ask how you guys feel about the possibility of X-Men and Fantastic Four in a shared universe?
I mean, I'm one of the few who is very curious and excited about this reboot, since Fox has been doing a great job the past years and since they got a excellent team of actors, directos, producers...
Now the idea of a Fox shared universe with X-Men and Fantastic Four is very interesting to me.
They already stated that they might be in the same universe.
I think the X-Men movies could still be very grounded movies, like Winter Soldier, and they could explore the spacial universe with Fantastic Four, Shi'ar, Starjammer or even some different mutants and make movies like Guardias of Galaxy.
I mean, both Winter Soldier and Guardians of the Galaxy happens in the same universe, although there is no interaction whatsoever and both movies have completely different tones. Fox could do it like that too.
Yeah they could do it. But just like the TV show, FOX is going to need Mama Marvel's approval.
