Live action x-men TV series?

sorry but your wrong there, look at smallville for instance... it took years before a main charachter other then a young lex and supes to show up... and clark has still never warn tights. As long as it feels like x-men and is connected to the X-universe it will be fine.... plus classic X-men would most definately make cameos

Please, Superman is a solo character with a large supporting cast. Smallville had Clark Kent in it, and that was mostly all the general public needed to start watching the show.

An X-Men show would need at least one recognizable character for people to watch the first season. Charles, Jean, Scott, somebody. The only long-standing characters in the New X-Men books were Emma and Dani. If you're going to do New X-Men, feature a high-profile X-man as a regular.

X-factor would do just as fine (at least) as Mutant X did... it'd also have guest apperances, and maybe a little help from Xavier..

New X-men, would have Emma and one or 2 other major X-men for "teachers" probably cyclops and beast... maybe even wolverine

both shows would face very popular X-villains as well.

now the only "x-men" show that would ever have a chance at working, would be the orignal X-team... as teens...
