I thought Carey was going to give Rogue back her super-strength during the Utopia crossover, when she absorbed Ares' power.

i prefer her being a clean slate. this way she doesnt feel like any other super being flying around. but i want to see Carey write a story where she has to survive on her own without any x-fodder to amp her up. thats when you'll know if she should stick around.

I prefer her having a personality, which just so happened to coincide with her having Ms. Marvel's powers. Lighten her the f*** up again and I'd be fine with her not having the strength and flight.

Also, I don't think filthy, stinkin' muties should be able to absorb gods' powers, but that's neither here nor there.

I find her as bland and as boring as I do most of the X-men these days. Seems like good writing is hard to come by these days. Think I am burning out after all these years.

If this isn't part of Fear, which it doesn't seem to be, does that mean there is yet another event this year? I think I'd rather forgo events themselves and have good writing steady on. Seems like the more they hype things up the more disappointing they turn out to be.

I agree with both of these. Reading the X-Men these days almost feels like reading nightmare fuel, and not the good kind of nightmare fuel.

How is Wolverine even going to rally any of the X-Men to his side? As big a *****e as Scotty's been for the past two years, he's still a better option than Logan.

How did Iron Man rally people to his side and get half of the major Avengers to turn on their former compatriots? I'm sure the writers'll fudge a few details and come up with something.

To be fair, the pro-registration argument of Civil War made a lot of sense. Tony could've gotten a lot of Avengers on his side based entirely on principle. It was all the grave robbing and cloning and killing of formers allies and throwing people into prisons hidden in another dimension without trial that went too far.

What could Logan's argument be? He wants to kill more people than Scott? I'm sure that'll help him get all the former Brotherhoodies and Acolytes living on Utopia to join up.

I think it's pretty clear that Wolverine will get X-Force on his side, it looks like Colossus is going to side with Wolverine. Maybe the team in X-Men: Legacy will side with Wolverine considering the characters it's going to focus on (Magneto, Gambit, Rogue, Frenzy). Shadowcat and Jubilee are very close to Logan and probably have more loyalty towards him than Scott.

Shadowcat and Jubilee are very close to Logan and probably have more loyalty towards him than Scott.

Kitty may be very close to Logan, but i really don't see her joining up with him if it came to that. just look at what shes doing now with Emma: tagging along making sure she doesn't kill Sebastian Shaw even though she hates both of them.
