X-Men - Part 8

.

And in 2017 the joke is that Storm keeps getting knocked out off panel. Smh what's it going to take for writers to actually write her? Her solo written by Coates can't come soon enough.
sadly with each new and up and coming writer there's always gonna be writer not interested in certain characters that may just want ot write them of page of the team mian book cause they are dis interested and they have take the path of knock them out or have them as page decoration cause the crasyer writer would just kill them off as fast as possble and the more moderate ones don't want to get the fans mad at them. that latter half at least know those are loved characters. but they rather do their own thing still. and we ge thing like oh the character is kacked out again or is acting off or it's just on page butthey aren't doing anything with that character at all . whilke the fan base is going why is that character there?

with solo's you can still have them intercect with known other character with the main books so people aren't losing any thing and Add new characters /people and new fans can be drawn in cause it's some thing new and if the writer trully cares about the character and the character's lore it'll go well . as long as there is good enough out lets like Advertizment making sure new people can find out these things exsist and place to find them easy. the later is the most imporatn thing.

also they can ad new characters to characters like storm life as well as the one's she knows from the main books.

the thing is there are always people in real life on both side's there are those that want add new characters cause those writers want to make a name for them selves and they don't seem to understand they don't have to sacrifice any of the older characters to do so. but they do it regardless and when the more simpathic ones put ceratin character in limbo it get certain parts of the fan base to be mad.

yet there always that way of thinking they should start up killing a character or alot of them to makie room for their own creation or creations which is far worse . At least with limbo you can see those characters back again at some point but it's not good enough for the two side's fighting over this

it's ether these two thingor three rbad idea's of treament the character is treated badly by having them mis characterized repeatedly knocked out or treated like a card bord cutout/ someone that there on page, but isn't really being used cause of dis interest.

the solo are one of the options to have the characters treated well ,cause you can still have them interact with the main book character's and it 'll have it's new cast mixed in with those they are barrowing from the main books.

but no, there has to be conflict with this too as well . but at least there room to breath with the solo's and if hit's writer that care 's every one will get what they want and they should always aim to get an audince of it';s own . catering to justthe same people that will only read the main book and have no interest other wise alone, it won't last long. there's room for inclusion if the fan is open minded and see's what going with the growing issue of some people like not wanting certain characters around any more and the annoying bicker fest litter hitting the books pages that is ruing the books over it with the tug of war over that.

like I said if they even attempt to bring back the older cyclops I think it's time he make it permanent to not come back to the team since there always people that don't want him around . I've been thinking the best new path for him would be an info broker /private inllgence corpartion he can help the X-men on occasion but doesn't show up inthe books often this way he's not inthe way anymore since this is the mentality so often said.

it's been over due for him to be on other teams any way. and young cyclops now that he's on champions , it's best to cut ties there are mutant's like justice of the new warrior's

which fire star was engaged to that have helped the dream with out being in the X-men and since the new up and coming writer's have made it clear they want the character to have toxic relationship also. it's best for some of them move on too added with these things . Since there's always gonna be some one saying they don't want this character around and they want it to be only (one) this way.

Especially if they aren't allowing to solo's to happen. I'm kinda getting tired of seeing the crazy half of the fan base and writers trying to off cool characters in place of another.

Ether allow them to be on other teams out side of the main X books since you repeatedly say you don't like or have interest in them and don't want them in the books and let other audiences enjoy them in other books be other team book or solo's or juct occuring appearence tyhrough the entire verse of marvel. Let them b ein recurring characters throughout the MU doing their own thing occupation wise and new direction for them selves.

What language is being spoken in that panel there?
The image was from a twiitedimage but lucky for you I remember the issue it was of a newwarriors issue where they went ti isreal and they meet sabra who been inthe Xbooks and like firestar justice and a good lot of newwarriors members is mutant but she graced the X-men books which justice has yet too.

any as to your question justice is a none praticing jew and and sabrad was under some sort of brain washing and she nearly assinated a politian she was supposedto be body guarding. the language they are speaking there is "Kaddish" I even went a further step to find something on the web to back this up since people usully have hard time find thing or beliving me even if what I'm saying is accurate.

In the previous episode (two posts or three months ago):
Sabra, a heroine who gets a job to secure Prime Minister Rabin during the peace talks in the UN building, gets angry at Batal, the Syrian hero who is protecting Assad, and suddenly becomes totally confused for an unknown reason and decides to assassinate Rabin and Assad. -New warriors who came with the group to help with security on behalf of the US, trying to save the situation.

The second booklet begins with a flashback of the girls of Justice - his father, a religious Jew, beats his mother and then even when he turns out to be a mutant. Justice thinks about how unreasonable that a person who grew up on the Jewish values ??of love and peace would be a violent person. I just assume he never visited Israel.
nw201.jpg

Justice decides to examine the cause of Sabra's disintegration - because, as stated, it makes no sense at all that Jews want to kill Arabs and / or Rabin - and therefore there must be another reason. The group tries to attack Sabra, but it is ahead of them.
nw202.jpg

(She has prickles, because she's like a sabra, with thorns that have poison that makes people fall asleep?)
Unfortunately for her, at this time, Rabin manages to disappear from the region, and she is forced to pursue him. At this time it turns out that Justis used his powers to create an invisible shield, so the thorns did not affect them at all. The person in charge is annoyed that they let her run away, and they go into pursuit. As they talk about what happened to Sabra, and finally someone mentions the obvious:
nw203.jpg

By the way, Speedball, the guy with the bubbles and the ******ed joke caused a decade later to the death of several hundred people and led to a war between all the super heroes in Marvel's universe. As a result, in an attempt to atone for what he did, he became themother most his mother had ever been .
Eventually they catch her, and manage to make her fall into the river and drown. As is well known, Jews melt in the water, thus saving Rabin's life.
But suddenly, on the next page ... Surprise! She's still alive! Apparently her forces include the power of "not to melt even though she is Jewish." Not only that, now she's also scowling and using her wielding power to get rid of Speedball from the neighborhood.

Rabin's convoy trying to escape, while Sabra tries to break the bridge over them.
nw205.jpg

Justice, the only one of the group who has not yet died, decides he must somehow help Sabra get back to herself. At this point Sabra finishes destroying the bridge, so that Rabin and his caravan are trapped.
nw206.jpg

Justice tries to use his powers to get a piece of the bridge over Sabra, but can not hold out. She grabs it and begins to strangle it. He had no choice but to use a dirty trick ...
nw207.jpg

Yes, he uses Kaddish to make her remember her dead son and cry. How low, Justice! The fact that she suffocates you does not mean you have to give her salt on the wounds!
Anyway, it works.
Epilogue: Sabra in handcuffs, Rabin forgives her, political extremism is bad. All is well that ends well. Except for Ravin, but it came a few months later, so it did not count.
nw208.jpg

The issue with Sabra's brainwashing was not mentioned until the publication of the booklet (16 issues later) nor any future reference, so there is no choice but to assume that the whole thing about brainwashing was ********, and in fact it's just a Kach company.
Next time: What did Spider-Man do during the disengagement? And is the green goblin responsible for Arik Sharon's medical condition?

And its official, Gambit is part of X-men Red.

Spoilers, people. This is not a news site. Some of us like dodging those little buggers.

Sorry, I didn't think roster was a big deal. Especially when he has the cover of Red #3. I apologize again.

Rogue and Gambit was great. I really enjoyed it. And the whole bit about Rogue kissing Deadpool had me on the floor. I was laughing out loud multiple times with the book. Even if the set up is fairly eye rolling, I think I will enjoy the miniseries. Would've loved for Rogue to fight Kitty some more over it, just because she is a leader of an Avengers team.

I look forward to them explaining how certain returns happened in Astonishing. I look forward to seeing how, since I do like the character that they brought back. I am definitely being creeped out by X.

Phoenix Resurrection continues to be creepy. We do get a timeline established with Jean Grey #10. I am enjoying it, and I do love the alternate X-teams they are forming for the mini. Hell, even the rejiggered blue team with Rogue as leader. Give Iceman's Yellow team a book.

Who all was on Yellow Team? (I haven't been following Resurrection, but saw the highlights) I'd love to see more of Black Team, specifically just seeing Guido again.

Iceman leading X-23, Longshot, Chamber, Boom-boom, and Hellion.

It was nice to see Iceman adult, Cable, Longshot and Dazzler in this series.

This week was the best week for X-men comics that I've read.

Phoenix Resurrection
Iceman
Astonishing
Rogue and Gambit

All smashed it out of the park! I'm so hyped on X-comics rn!

I didn't read Iceman but was that North star in the X-Mansion?

I didn't read Rogue & Gambit, I just looked at the pages, and can't help to think that its redundant given that they are in Astonishing. They should be doing these story lines one at a time and not having multiple characters appear in two separate story lines at the same time.

Yup! Northstar and Kyle made little cameos. Rictor was there too and told Bobby that he broke up with Shatterstar. I gasped lol. It was a good issue for cameos from a bunch of X-men

Is Daken gay? I think it was intentional that they had those characters in an iceman issue.

Who are on al the different teams?

really cause it was intentional blatantly. it;ll be weard if they desroy north star marrage for it too, so don't be surprised with that ether.

Who are on al the different teams?

Kitty, Ororo, Kurt, Piotr
Logan, Creed, Neena - Silver
Alison, Shatterstar, Guido, Megan - Black
Time displaced O5 minutes teen Jean, Rogue - Blue
Bobby, Julian, Laura, Tabitha, Longshot, Jonothan - Yellow

I enjoyed Nightcralwer's series. It was very much Claremont being Claremont.

I somehow overlooked this comment and just noticed it. I absolutely LOVED that series. I wasn't expecting much, but even at his worst I tend to enjoy Claremont (yes... I loved the Neo!). I was very sad that the series ended so soon.

Cool. Thanks.

Man... Daken's dialogue in the new Iceman issue was horrible. He sounded like a teenager. That aside though... great issue. Very interested to see where it goes.

Gold was just okay... but every other X-title this week were fantastic. I think Rogue & Gambit was my favorite. Man I miss them being together. Here's hoping things work out.

I'm not missing Gold. I have Phoenix to keep me entertained while I wait for Red.

Rogue & Gambit was definitely a pleasant surprise.

I'm still reading Gold, but it's definitely nothing special. Shame too. It had so much promise. I feel like the writer is trying to hard too reenact the 90s Jim Lee title and it just isn't working. I liked the X-Cutioner arc he did, and the Mojo crossover was decent, but for the most part the rest of the series has been bland. I really don't give a crap about this current Negative Zone arc. That said... and I know I'm in the VAST minority here... but I like seeing Tatoo getting some love. I know this is the same writer that created him in Young X-Men, but I always kinda liked the character.
