This is just X3 all over again. Everyone got built up and excited, then it rapidly appeared to sound like a mess. I'm praying for some sort of pleasant surprise to come out of it.
I know if it's a success Jackman is keen to film a sequel in Japan. Of course, if it's a failure, Wolverine 2 won't happen, Magneto won't happen and the X-Movies are dead.
Nah, they'll be dead like the Phoenix and then Marvel Studios will hopefully get the rights back in the future.
I really found it odd all the fans getting hyped for the movie. I mean nothing really looked or sounded good except for a few minor cameos, and even then, some sounded lame.
A Magneto movie would only work if they had Ian McKellen in the role. He's the reason it would ever be considered. But then, it wouldn't work if it was his origin story as Fox would never pay for the special effects to de-age him for the entire movie.
Honestly, I still don't see the need for a Magneto movie. His origin was enough in X-Men, and his references to it in the following movies is enough for people to comprehend.
