"You can die from anything and everything." I use the statement a lot... not on the hype, but in real life scenarios.

It's a paranoid thought.

A lot of folks stay at home and don't go outside because of fear that they'll die from friends or car accident or skin cancer... etc.

But... you can die from eating... which is something you have to do to survive. You can die from a little cotton ball... if it gets lodged in your nose or throat... or well, use your imagination.

Plus, I remember not to long ago, somebody died from drinking too much water.

So, basically my point is, people get all antic about doing certain things because it's too risky.

There are some things that are just plain stupid... so I'm not saying you should go out and do drugs or do stuff that's suicidal, but I'm just saying... death can occur in the most unique and stupid ways....

Yeah, kind of a dumb thread... but I guess I just wanted to talk about it... :csad:

This thread has inspired me to go trap crab in the Bering Sea, thanks DT!!

Or, it could be that I'm watching 'Deadly Catch'.

I hope I can avoid dying one of those stupid deaths you hear about on the news.:(

There are many lame ways to die.

Like you're walking down the street and a car comes racing towards you, you make an incredible leap almost out of a comicbook to safety only to be hit by a bus.

LOL that's so lame.

But the dumbest/lamest way to die IMHO is irony.

Like you hear a friend died in a plain crash the day before so you decide to take the train to the next day and the train ends up blowing up or something.

LAME!! :ninja:

A train that would take me to the next day would be kinda cool, minus the blowing up part of course.

I use to love the Discovery Channel but they keep showing that freaking show all the freaking time every freaking day. And yes, everything and anything can kill you...except kittens just because they are so darn cute.

Yeah, I remember that lady died from drinking too much water. They had a contest at work to see how much you could drink without going to the bathroom. The prize was an X-Box 360 and she won it, but died like hours later.

It was 'Don't Wee for a Wii' or something like that. If your body hurts from all the water you drink but you keep drinking...then you're an idiot.

I thought it was a Wii.

That right it was a Wii.:o I still can't believe that happened. Right around Christmas too.:csad:

:sigh:

I might die from the beef I just ate. :csad:

They just made a huge beef recall to a lot of food places. :csad:

But what if I'm not? :csad:

I finished my food just in time to see on the AOL homepage that they were having a recall.

WRONG!

You can't die from singing in the rain.

oh what the hell, make that popping and locking in the rain instead!

Sometimes when I'm driving I think how common it is for someone to die in a car crash. It could not even be your fault, just BAM! And all that's left is a bloody smear on the road. And then all your family is crying at your funeral and saying "He was so young." and "What a senseless tragedy." All this is going through my head in like, a split second. I have to go to a happy place very quickly before I freak the f#ck out.
