His contract expired earlier this year. He was last scene in OVW in September.

I saw this elsewhere and the hilarious arguments fans were having as last week some were gloating because the numbers for the 3rd hour dropped with Punk and Bryan, this week they dropped even further with Cena and Orton. :funny:

Maybe WWE should realize that maybe fans would just prefer a 2 hour Raw with a clearer tightened focus and less filler?

I thought WWE was coerced into changing to 3 hours permanently because of USA Network?

Let me guess....This happened on Wrestlezone somewhere didn't it? Lol

It would do them some good...or maybe the USA Network some good to realize it.

Unless they're sheep, I don't know how any sane wrestling fan can take 3 hours of Raw.

It was easy when they were going in new directions and booking the rising talent well.

I kinda want to go back re-live the summer.

There is said to be a bit of a disconnect between Triple H and Vince McMahon right now. A WWE source says this is a reason for the lack of flow in the WWE product lately. It’s not that the two don’t get along because they do, they get along great, it’s just that they don’t seem to be putting their ideas together and making things work as of late.

One example is Big E Langston being the guy that Vince really wants to focus on while Roman Reigns is the guy that Triple H is more set on pushing.

- The recent Big Show vs. Randy Orton feud is considered to be a flop and something that just didn’t work. There had been a lot of second-guessing including people wondering why Triple H didn’t have a match with Daniel Bryan or even Big Show.

- Word is that CM Punk has been noticeably quiet lately. One source says this is probably the smartest thing to do because given the string of bad shows lately, it’s better to just pick his spots.

The atmosphere backstage at WWE’s Survivor Series was said to be negative. There was a lot of tired wrestlers with many looking forward to getting a little bit of a break this week.

Regarding the pay-per-view itself, both talents and WWE officials were negative about how it came off. It was described as almost a situation of where the talents were blaming the writers and the writers were blaming the talents.

Sheamus was backstage and said to be in good spirits. A WWE source joked how it was obvious Sheamus was much better rested than the majority of the other talents.

My reaction to all of this: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Honestly the solutions are actually rather simple but they refuse to see it.

I enjoyed SummerSlam 2007, No Way Out 2008, and their Hell In The Cell. Every other match Cena and Orton had sucked.

WWE's website has posted a storyline update on Big Show, saying he has been sent home and is not cleared to compete after working Survivor Series and last night's RAW. They wrote:

"Big Show was sent home and has not been cleared for further action because of the repeated head trauma he suffered at Survivor Series and on Monday night's Raw, WWE.com has learned.

During the WWE Championship Match at Sunday's pay-per-view in Boston, Randy Orton punted Big Show in the head to retain the title. According to ringside physician Dr. Chris Amann, the giant "did sustain some head trauma from Randy Orton's punt. Thankfully, at that time his neurological exam was normal. He passed all of his impact testing, and he was able to get in the ring without any headaches, dizziness or problems at that time.""

WWE's Dr. Amann noted that the trauma Show suffered on RAW caused concussive symptoms and while they do further testing he is not cleared to compete.

A promo aired during tonight's WWE Main Event tapings in Uncasville, CT where Triple H said he wanted only one WWE Champion and wanted to unify both titles with the Randy Orton vs. John Cena match at next month's TLC pay-per-view.

Our correspondent wasn't sure if Triple H was making the announcement that the match will now be to unify the titles or if he was just talking about what he wanted to do. We will post more details when they become available.

That is true, I guess the ratings must still be better than their other shows so they don't care about the product.

Let me guess....This happened on Wrestlezone somewhere didn't it? Lol

Yes! :D

It would do them some good...or maybe the USA Network some good to realize it.

The thing is the USA networks ratings aren't anything special for their other shows as far as I know, but WWE really need to think more about their product than just going with what USA want to fill up their slate.

If this is true then count me as agreeing with Triple H, I like Big E but he'll never be The Man, Roman Reigns might well be though. Truth is though both need more time to be seasoned.

The fact it took them until the PPV itself to realize it was gonna be crap just boggles the mind. EVERYONE knew Show vs Orton was a terrible main event and that the card was dead.

Summerslam 2007 was their best. Everything else was a wash. Cena and Orton just don't have good chemistry and it's obvious.

But I guess their determined to have their two homegrown main-eventers be at the top despite the audience craving something new or at least a more exciting matchup.

Interesting tidbit from the Main Event tapings.

Triple H cut a promo on the tron, clarifying the WWE and World Heavyweight Championship pictures, saying that he wants to unify the belts at the TLC pay-per-view, and there will be only one WWE Champion.

CM Punk is probably sitting back and laughing at all this. He has nothing to say, because the horrid shows speak for themselves.

Also...

It's a bit of both. Big Show and Orton may have had a bad match, but they had no business being the main-event at Survivor Series to start out with.

This is what happens when you screw over your rising stars.

Exactly. Punk doesn't need to say anything.

Also, he probably knows something even most people backstage don't know about what's coming ahead. :cwink::cwink::cwink:

Exactly!! did they really think that fans would tolerate this BS where they punish fans for not liking who they're "supposed to" any longer after what they did to Bryan, Punk, Sandow, and Ziggler?

I didn't realize until seeing this comparison just how cheap the WHC now looks, you are right. :(
I know. I just look at the belt Flair and the Brain used to carry around and compare it to the current belt and it makes me sad. :csad:

Well at least they seem to be making things clearly early and trying to get this out of the way now rather than drag it out. Though I wouldn't be surprised if the latter occurs.

Either way I have a good feeling these two won't be main eventing Mania together fortunately. Somebody has to win the Royal Rumble after all and it better not be Sheamus

Funny thing is that those are the exact four I was thinking of. I love when Sandow's on the mic and he's not bad in the ring. The audiences respond to him, and yet he's still jobbing. He could be a great heel that could elevate the IC or US title. Instead, him and Ziggler are battling it out to stay on the first hour of Raw.

Seeing as Cena seems very likely to be in the mix, maybe we'll get that Punk-Cena or even Punk-Bryan-Cena match we've all been realistically hoping for.

I'd love for that triple threat match to happen more than anything else right now. As long as their isn't an over jerking off of the part timers this Mania season to the point where they feel the need to bury the entire roster.
