Well, WWE usually sucks and/or generally dull in the fall/winter time so this year is no different.

I'm not as angry about this, I'm a huge fan of Ambrose and Rollins , but if WWE must push their big man agenda then I'm glad they chose Reigns.
Yeah, I just hope once they break up, it doesn't mean Ambrose and Rollins booking is going to suffer as a result.

The way I see it, Reigns could be the next Rock/Cena/Hogan, Rollins the next Jericho/Punk/Savage and Ambrose the next Edge/Orton/Piper.
Those are good comparisons. I'd probably throw in a bit of a cerbral assassin Haitch for Ambrose too.

I may do it after WM depending on what happens,It could look bad or good on paper but after I watch WM XXX I'll reevaluate my stance as a fan at least for WWE as I do every year after WM

I can respect that. To me there is no good outcome if what Van has said comes to pass.

One reason I'm hesitant to go Cold Turkey from the main product is because I'll feel like I'm turning my back on Bryan,Punk,Ziggler, Big E, Rhodes, Shield, Wyatts and Cesaro. All the guys I want to see succeed in varying levels

those guys are the only reason i haven't gone on a break from wwe

At this point, Will all of us Internet Wrestling Fans have to form a faction that buys insufferable amounts of Merchandise for the superstars we support to open Vince's eyes?

I mean, if I had a job I'd be more than willing to contribute to such a concept because we'd have to buy enough to the point where John Cena's Merch sales are no longer in the top 3 to get that point across.

I'll give my money to companies that actually deserve it so no. :o

- We noted before how WWE Diva Layla has went well over a month without appearing on WWE TV and had been absent from social media for about a month before returning last week.

Word is that Layla was removed from the road due to some unknown medical issues she had to deal with. There is no concrete word on when she will be brought back. The story is that she was given some time off for the medical issue that came up, WWE was aware of it and fine with it.

Layla attended a Kanye West concert over the weekend with a friend.

I see your point, but honestly I'm sick of scraps off Vince's table. It's really frustrating and I think I need recharge my batteries before I become a complete jaded a-hole.

Well according to some, if we want our favorite wrestlers to succeed then we must buy their merchandise so......lol

If said "faction" was built of Internet smarks on every wrestling site from SHH to Wrestling Forum and beyond. Maybe then Vince will say the "IWC" is "Good for business".

With that said, it's funny that WWE thought Big Show vs Orton would be money and ended up not only papering the audience but the audience showed apathy to the match itself.

Punk and Bryan had to have been laughing backstage.

Then we'd be helping the corporate **** machine which is :nono:

Then again, I did pay $340 for a WM30 ticket so....LOL.

I really wracked my brain hard to find a close analogy to Ambrose for the Attitude/NewGen era, but as strange as it was, I couldn't really think of a "Piper-type" for the Attitude era, of all things. I guess back then, the sadistic trash talkers were faces, not villains! HHH was a possibility, but I just didn't see a strong enough connection.

It's weird. It's normally a few months after Mania that I'm in that mood. But I'm in that mood now. Hopefully something will pick me up. Maybe CM Punk giving a scathing pipebomb on the Authority.

Also should the WWE have an online Fantasy Draft league on their website? It would basically be like a simplified GM mode for the Internet where fans book their ideas from top to bottom. Maybe that would be a fun way to keep fans interested in the WWE brand when they are fricking up on TV and PPV.

What about Pillman? Ambrose is always drawing comparisons to Brian, both from fans and those involved in the biz too.

That's what WWE 2K14 is for. :o

After reading Ben Tucker's editorial onPWTorch, I wonder, if WWE took the full TV drama approach and I mean like where the writing is at Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad quality and we were reduced to 2-3 20 to 35 min matches per episode, would you guys enjoy it?

Like where the purposes, motives, and nuances of each feud and wrestler were developed with complex(not convoluted) storylines but at the same time the wrestlers are still free to cut their own promos, call their matches etc to accommodate the fact that wrestlers are better as improv performers.

Let's turn back the clock two years, to the last time a world champion vs world champion match mattered: CM Punk vs John Cena at Summerslam 2011. :D

If Pillman lasted long enough to become a real draw, then yes. But sadly, we will never know.

How fitting that the static image for that video is Haitch holding both titles. :oldrazz:

Well, people seem to like Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad.....not so much WWE.
