I meant Clark's real name being Christopher on that Earth.Post 281
Known as the Superman of his reality, Christopher developed differently from his other dimensional counterparts in terms of his physical and mental background. He was raised in a traditional Buddhist monastery, which would explain his attitude and metaphysical conditioning, and had an external spinal ridge similar to that of Doomsday. Regardless of Christopher's background, he developed superhuman powers that he used for the protection of sentient life on his Earth until he was kidnapped and brought to the Monarch's orbital space arena.
As explained, Young Justice will take place with the DC multiverse on Earth-16.
As far as the casting for the series is concerned, you can expect some pretty big names to show up on this impressive production. Most notable is Bruce Greenwood returning to voice Batman, after his take on the character in the straight to DVD film Batman: Under the Red Hood. Other names attached are Phil LaMarr (Aquaman), Alan Tudyk (Green Arrow),
I'm sure they'll just ignore the existing Earth-16 stuff (which, I believe, is actually limited solely to that Chris Kent dude) and have it be a blank slate for the show. It'd be really stupid to start it off with that kind of baggage.I see, but if anyone really thinks WB would let a TV show confuse it's audience by adhering to Earth-16 rules that, say, Superman's real name is Chris Kent is a bit unlikely. If anything, Earth-16 provided a good basis or DC style explanation for Wiesman's world and E-16 will adapt accordingly in the comics. Much as, apparently, the Batman Beyond world of 2040 A.D. is one of DC's worlds now.
TV Guide isn't always above error, and I don't think they're as attentive to details of this show as many comic websites are.
If this series is connected to any world, it may be the world of "JUSTICE LEAGUE: CRISIS ON TWO EARTHS" as the character designs are similar.
It's Zachary Zatara.
