Yeah, I don't particularly care about the older heroes. There may be some minor differences, but we all already know what they're about. The kids are the main attraction here, but news about them has been pretty scarce.

I'm a little disappointed that this won't be straight up Young Justice (with Wonder Girl and Secret and Bart as Impulse), but with Peter David and Greg Weisman working on it I know it'll still be good.

Yeah, I'm reading the Young Justice series now and, cheesy humor aside, it's quite good. The show definitely looks like it's going to be more of a hybrid with the Teen Titans, at best--perhaps with a bit of a spy overtone thrown in since they'll be receiving missions from the League and trying to stay relatively stealthy.

If Wonder Girl is indeed out because of rights issues, as has been rumored, I imagine that would preclude the comics' YJ from appearing...

All signs to me seem to point to Wonder Girl and Arrowette being "merged" a bit into Minerva for this show. That she will be Wonder Woman's student in the team, the one she is mentoring. I mean it obviously wouldn't be Miss Martian, and Speedy's already been announced as appearing (he's obviously Green Arrow's ward). I mean it isn't as if the Amazons had nothing to do with archers; in the original mythology, they supposedly cut off a breast so they could fire arrows better (a detail Minerva and the modern Amazons thankfully avoid). I'm curious to see if that is where they are going with Minerva and how they pull it off.

I don't know about Arrowette. I still am curious if she has been merged with Artemis a bit as Diana's student. Wiesman is a well read man and the angle of Wonder Woman's student being an archer like Amazons were once famous for being may not be lost on him. But we don't know until the show debuts.

Well, Arrowette (and like half of the other girls on the team) had a thing for Robin. So if Artemis is Arrowette and Wonder Girl put together... oh God... I smell a love triangle.
