Exactly.My hat off to you. So few Batman fans (or just comic fans in general) have this common sense. Instead, they want to hold on to previous versions claiming that they are ''definitive''. But with a character that exists since the 40's there is no such thing. Every new Batman comic issue, cartoon episode or movie has the possibilty to enrich the Batman Mythos. Seeing the same thing time after time, after time will get boring too. Alot of people don't seem to realise that. The backlash against All Star Batman and TDK's Perma-white Joker proves that.
The thing I can't stand anymore is when people seemingly want certain comics adapted page-for-page. Y'know, how is that NOT boring? How is waiting three years just to see a story you've read before fun?
