I already put this in the don't understand thread, but now it's moved to something I hate since I've been sitting looking at it on my shelf for a while.

I hate that thrid ones cover. Oh how I hate it so very much...

I ****ing hate these ads that cover the entire screen and before I can X them out I have to click some "deny" option since I'm at work. There should be some kind of law that keeps advertisements from doing this. What's worse is that these websites are the ones that allow those huge ads to come up. I understand they need money but at least tell the people you're making deals with to stop dicking around like this.

I just switched pages 3 times and that same stupid ad came up each time. I punched my computer screen I was so pissed.

I'm irked that people haven't figured out that ad blockers exist.

In my post I mention how I'm at work. I don't think I can download those programs at work and even if I could I don't usually trust them since there are a lot of them that come with backdoor viruses.

If you use Firefox, install the Adblockplus addon and there you go. A lifetime of no online ads. :woot:

That actually sounds pretty funny.

Bribe the PC Support team with cookies and have them install it for you.

if its a hype ad, screen cap it and post it so that we can notify mirko. maybe we can do something about it? no promises, but if we know which ads are the problems, its a start

I have a couple thousand DVDs....and most are in paper sleeves in these boxes. They actually fit right well onto the average "put together yourself" bookcase you can get at places like Wal-Mart.

If I wasn't obsessed over blu ray I could of built a massive dvd collection by now.

I hate customers who are jackasses.

i hate when someone wants to complain about something but hasn't done anything to try and fix it or improve it

Was it an older poster or a newer one?

I'll do that tomorrow at work if it keeps happening. I'm at home and have the adblocks up thankfully. From what I remember it was an ad for DVD/Blu-rays.

i hate the new bluray covers for the spiderman trilogy
talk about lazy

I hate that the home button on my iPhone is starting to die

That's a common issue with the Apple iPhones. That button is pressed thousands and thousands of times, lets face it. I'd suggest taking it to Apple sooner rather than later. Is it an iPhone 3GS/4/4S?

4. Well past warranty. So I wonder how much they'll charge since dealing with parts on the front of the device is a pain in the ass.

Another problem is, it's jailbroken. So they won't touch it with an 11 foot pole. Not a big deal to rejailbreak it, just don't feel like doing it again.

Feel free to PM me with your number and zip. I can see what your options are and give you a few ideas.

Warranties out of the box, even apple care, can be jokes. It's a game with Apple and you have to know how to play it. I was well outside my warrantee (I didn't purchase geek squad nor the apple insurance) and I smashed both the front and back glass plates of my iPhone 4. Went into the apple store and they handed me a new $600 iPhone 4 like it was nothing. You'd have to backup your data and wipe the phone before trying your luck, however. Once they see you're jail broken - you're already done.. Lol. But I went in one of the apple stores with a Halo Reach shirt. I let one of the apple workers approach me, one who of course was also a halo reach nerd, and we just shot the **** for 15 minutes and exchanged Gamer tags. Then he hooked me up.
