I think it looks more like her memorializing someone quietly; maybe she’s returning some family heirloom she stole from someone to the grave of its original owner.

Someone else noticed the name “Robinson” on one fo the graves, and wondered if Holly’s mom might be dead here.

The more interesting query for me might be if they go ahead and merge the Brubaker “Defender of the East End” with her Classy Cat Burglar aspect, and have her go full Robin Hood.

The character is called Catwoman - she likes cats and moves like one. She's not just a burglar. I don't hate Nolan's version but it underplayed her traits too much for my liking.

Michelle is a hard act to follow but everything tells me Kravitz is going to do the role proud. I’m sure this will be a long term role for her, too, which is even better.

I don’t think anyone will ever top Pfeiffer, but she played a very specific version of the character, so you can’t really compare her to the others, IMO.

I have a feeling Kravitz is going to be the best version of the more comic accurate version

I don’t think any of them are hard acts to follow tbh. And they’re so different that it’s easy to do something new with Zoe.

Look, you all know I love Pfeiffer, but I'm hyped for Kravitz's performance. Her body language is great in the trailer and I think she and Pattinson will have great chemistry.

Hathaway's Selina lacked bite for me and Zoe will no doubt have it in abundance. I want something new that can stand shoulder to shoulder with Pfeiffer's Catwoman. Berry and Hathaway fell short, but I really think Zoe can do it.

Zoe's been the wild card for me as far as acting chops in this cast.

I'm definitely looking forward to her interpretation, but as far as her resume I can't pinpoint to the one performance that makes me place complete trust in her abilities, like I can with her cast mates.

But maybe this'll be the role that truly breaks her out as a formidable talent. That would be great.

Zoe is a natural on screen. Never showy. I recommend High Fidelity, Big Little Lies (she has more to do in Season 2) and Dope. That’s what she’s going to bring to Catwoman. A Selina Kyle that just “is”. Not trying to steal the spotlight or act crazy or act sexy or tough. Hathaway did it mostly well but there are quite a few instances where you can see her trying to act as sexy and slinky as possible, instead of just *being*. Zoe already has a seductive thing going on by the way her eyes look (she can’t help it) and the way she moves. She doesn’t have to force that part because she just is.

Pfeiffer’s Catwoman was amazing but a product of its time. Zoe’s is likely to be so different that there won’t be any pressure from living up to Michelle’s version. It feels different to how the Batmen can be directly compared.

I liked Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman but I never thought it was the be all end all. IMHO there's room for improvement.

The performance was instantly memorable and iconic. I thought Hathaway was bland, and Berry isn’t even worth mentioning. I think Kravitz has every likelihood of having the best characterisation, especially if they emphasise the Falcone connection.

Sure but it was a very Burton-ized version of Catwoman and a lot of things I don't like about it.

I actually liked Hathaways take and think she could have been great if given the opportunity to grow in the role, but Kravitz looks perfect from what we’ve seen so far.

I’m also happy to finally get a Selina with short hair and who dons different styles/disguises and seen in the leaked set photos
