Cooper to the Browns. Too bad he's got no one to throw him the ball

That sounds like a deal for the Browns. Cooper is no gimme to work out, but, to me, it opens up the possibility that the Browns could go QB in round 1. There's a lot of speed at wideout in this draft and they could still probably pick up a stretch receiver in round 2. If I'm the Browns, I make every effort to retain Clowney or go after someone like Gregory to keep my pass rush going.

You probably don’t need to go WR in round 1 and that could be a big help elsewhereI think the Cooper deal is awesome. Though we still have Baker![]()

I don’t always follow every news bit, so I don’t know, but has Cleveland already given up on Mayfield?Cooper to the Browns. Too bad he's got no one to throw him the ball![]()
What would you be willing to give? Personally, I think if Cleveland were to get Carr, that future picks would basically be high next round picks; which probably sounds good to Brown fans.I would be happy with Carr, personally

No. Just @Spider-Fan
I think the Browns are willing to go with Mayfield, but also recognize that if they could get someone like Carr, they would be very, very tough. If they got someone like Watson, uh......
I think Cleveland would be way more than happy to give up at least this year's #1 pick and Mayfield to get Carr. They'd probably gladly give up next year's #1 (in addition) to get Watson. The thing about trading to a good team that has a glaring need at QB with someone that can lift the team, means your down the line draft picks aren't as valuable as they would be if you traded to a team like, say, Carolina.
Well, interesting conversation to be had. If they wanted Baker plus picks, do it. Just picks, then do it and see what Tampa will give us assuming they actually like Baker.
Well, that lasted all of 60 days. God, he must really hate hanging out with his wife
Honestly, kind of suspected him to come back. Just not with Tampa, or at the very least not with that coach. But if they're keeping things the same that sucks for multitude of reasons. The lead one being the Patriots should've done that despite his crap relationship with Bill.
Man, I could not be happier that Tom's coming back!
And as a Buc!
So much for all those moranic takes from all of the "experts" of him "retiring" from Tampa Bay to secretly go to another team.
Brady's basically been given the keys to that franchise and rightfully so.
my guess is that he just couldn’t bear to go out the way he did; sitting on the bench, watching his last game lost and there being nothing he could do about it.
It was pretty clear to me that if he was going to come back, it was going to be with Tampa Bay. The rest of that was just someone trying to get some press.Especially how great of a year he just had. He should have won the MVP over Rodgers.
Also, I never bought into him going to the 49ers. That was his childhood dream but they stupidly turned him down two years ago.
Tampa believed in him and gave him everything he could ask for.
Damn. Jimmy G isn't going to be a Steeler. I'm disappointed. I needed him in that jersey
I don't get this move either way though. Trubisky sucks.
Baker's only upside is that he was injured last year. A fully recovered Mayfield "might" do the trick. His arm strength seemed abysmal at times last year, but that could be explained by the injury.Enjoy your backup qb that you will be starting, Pittsburgh
I dont say this much, but...I would rather have Baker than Mitch, lol!
