10.8 - Abandoned - Discussion Thread (Spoilers)

Abandoned looks heart-breaking and awesome!:wow: Can't wait for Teri's big cameo as well as Julian and Hellen's return!

Abandoned should be another great episode. Teri hasn't aged and has that hair from Lois and Clark. Ambush saw Clark having the Lane Family more cohesive and this episode will probably be Lois' return favor. She may succeed where Kara didn't and I think this is when Lois learns that Clark's family isn't perfect either.

Clark and Tess investigating Granny Goodness and the Female Furies is going to be a highlight with Clark and Tess fighting Mad Harriet, but at separate times. Unlike Chloe, Tess seems more honest with Clark. I've always felt that in terms of the superhero team, Clark/ Tess are on one side while Oliver/ Chloe are on the other. :super:

Wow, the actress they got to play Lois' mom looks kinda hot.... for an older woman that is.

She looks like she could have played Lois when she was younger or something.

I dunno. She seems kind of desperate.

I hope they explain what happened with Tess and Granny in Salvation.

so cant wait to see granny/dasaad/furies story and all that. plus to see how teri's cameo fully plays out and julian and helen returning.

I was wondering when Clark would confront Jor-El about being disowned and having Kara take his place. :super:

woah that is cool shot of sands and slater. looks like we are finally getting dam holographic jorel/lara in the fos woot!!!!

It was just uploaded on YT, here:

Sweet. :woot:

I'm even more hyped for this episode. I'm curious to see how Sands plays Jor-El this time around. I would assume he is older than the clone was since this "vision" should be closer to when Clark was born.

If Clark can have scenes like he did with his dad Johnathon maybe he can have one like that with Jor-el?

Or is it his version of the vhs tapes that Lois has?

When did the FoS get holograms?!

Haha, I was just thinking, the Fortress is like a super-advanced version of a tape or recording, which is pretty cool to see how it parallels to Lois watching something left by her mother while Clark interacts with something left by his father.

I'm glad Clark will see his Kryptonian parents and that Julian Sands and Helen Slater are playing the real Jor-El and Lara, not clones. It doesn't look like Tess is a Luthor and she's fighting Mad Harriet.
