Superman Returns 11 Clips Posted on IESB!

i loved when Perry said "trash him...he's got a new suit!!!"

That's "Fashion: Is that a new suit."

He's naming the sections of his paper and telling them what he wants, he's not ordering someone to insult Superman's fashion sense ;)

Thanks Robo!

I dunno what you're all talking about, with Jason running around with the basket on his head, that was great. :D

I thought there is going to be rescue of 2 planes in Plane sequences

there is

when supes releases the shuttle..it blsts of into space..with supes help. then he looks down to see the plane with lois on going down in flames.. then he goes after it.

Did Perry ask about his "lifestyle", then paused for a second?

I really love how they nailed the musical buildup to the Superman theme as he "looks for a phonebooth".

He didn't ask about the lifestyle--that's the section of the paper he was addressing next.

I'm thinking this scene might end up being a lot more confusing than it should be, mostly because the number of people still familiar with newspapers is dwindling like crazy.

But yeah, all throughout that scene, all he's doing is assigning different departments their angles on the return of Superman. Fashion, Financial, Politics, Lifestyle, so on and so on.

So shuttle is 2nd plane???

Man...what you`re guys saying is BUL****! Superman IS NOT a homewrecker. He is taking Lois to show that people still need a saviour! Remember the line? Listen, what do you hear? She says "nothing". And then he says: "You wrote that the world doesn`t need a saviour but everytime I listen people crying for one."

Thats why they fly together, not because he is trying to steal Lois.

THOSE CLIPS ROCKED and this movie WILL BE AMAZING TO ME. I don`t care about your opinions. None of you haters are going to make me deslike this movie.

Asking her was wrong, her actions are wrong, but she isn;t supposed to be a signal of integrity and there is a difference between thwarting some guy from cracking onto a single Lois and using yo9ur powers to get with a woman who is with another decent guy and has a child witrh him

Asking her to fly was wrong? Nothing happens when they fly, they just fly. I can't relate Superman flying with Lois to him using his powers to take her away from Richard. The dialogue during the fligh sequence seems to be indicating that he wanted her to fly with him in order for her to understand why the world does need a hero. Of course, it's a tribute to STM and of course he wants her back but from what we know of the scene it doesn't seem like Superman "puts the moves on her". :O

They will say anything so they have something to complain about something that is not there. You guys are right Superman is just simply trying to show Lois why the World still needs a Hero if anything it is LOIS putting the moves on HIM

Those Clips are incredible...Brandon seems really genuiing and convincin in his performance I love the clips with Lois and Richard laughing at Clark, comparing him and superman...it had me laughing..Clark was clown when he noticed they were looking at him..LOL

She can't hear what he hears so flying up around the globe isn't gonna show her anything and to me when you ask her on a moonlight flight and make a point that you can do something her ordinary BF can't you are putting yourself in a favourable light, not honourable
Rather than get circular with this we can just agree to disagree if you want

Yeah everyone is a hater, doesn't matter that i praised the other parts but nooooooooo i can;t dislike one thing without someone like you throwing a hissy fit,no wonder Matt hates this section

Ehhh I don't like it. I just don't like the whole love triangle/kid thing all around. Hopefully it will come off better when I see the whole movie. Cause from what I see Richard is a great guy and from what I see Supes doesn't care he is just trying to get with Lois.

Richard does seem like a great guy and I am not a big fan of the kid either. I don't mind the love triangle though. By the end Superman and Richard are joined by the care they have towards Lois.

Wrong,i say what i think, notice my praise for Lex and for the Elevator scene, not liking something genuinely is not just looking for a problem it's having a view that isnt "Wowo everything ROCK!!!" if that's your view then cool,i wasn't gonna make a big deal out of it but Showtime debated me on the point like a civilised adult so that is why it's still being mentioned

Really, I think that scene with fly was very beautiful and necessary to be in the movie.

Besides, Superman has also human part, because he lived in human family.

Why Spidey can use his powers to get girlfriend, and Supes cant?

And it would be boring, if he didn't ask her for general public and also for fanboys.

And as I know that scene had some development of love story between Supes and Lois with Richard as guy, who is Lois's boyfriend.

Supes feels that something hurted their feeling to each other (Supes and Lois), and this something isn't Richard (how Supes thinks), this something is Superman, who left Lois.

I love the kid now. Running around with the wee basket on his heid just made me go aww.

I know what you mean. It's disgraceful how some of these "likers" per se act around here. Hey, not everyone will like everything about a movie. They need to get that through their heads.

I know she can't hear but it's used to illustrate the point. He knows that people need help because he can hear them crying for one. No problem with disagreeing, I dont agree that one line, "Not like this" and a moonlight flight with Lois puts Superman in a less than honorable light.

You're right Cinnamon.

Superman is 'human' emotionally. I think ignorant people don't see that. It show his weaknesses: Through his heart.

Why would he ask a committed woman with a child, and a fiancee, to come with him on a moonlight flight? I guess, it was the "honorable" thing to do in the situation, right Showtime?

Perhaps he is simply trying to get her to like him again. She hates him when she comes back & Superman is not the type to simply let People hate him so easily. Well aside from Lex :o
