Well, in terms of actually enforcing it. The States is a strict nation when coming to age consent but in other countries, it doesn't appear so.

I've traveled quite a bit in my life, and have a few connections in several countries -- I've seen men in their 30s with girls, who can't possibly be 15, making porn... in public, and a connection tell me that he goes to a teenager club every weekend to get himself a 'fresh' one.
